Good morning, Graduates, Family members and staff, thank you all for being here and
celebrating with us!! My name is Leonard Mendez, and I deem it a great honour and privilege to
propose the vote of thanks on this memorable occasion. Let me, first of all start by giving glory
to the almighty god for making today’s occasion a resounding success.

First and foremost, I thank our special guest ________ who despite his/her busy schedule has
found time to grace this occasion.

My heartfelt thanks to my parents James Mendez and Betsy Mendez for their valuable guidance
and encouragement in all my efforts, during my career.

I thank my welding and auto mechanics instructor Felipe Azueta for his encouragement during
these years, also for going the extra mile so we can satisfactorily complete our trades.

I owe special gratitude to the faculty and staff who have worked hard to ensure that this
occasion becomes a memorable success.

Last but not least, I thank you my friend for your cooperation in making this memorable
occasion a resounding success.

Finally, I leave you this inspiring quote by Martin Luther King,
