Step 1:
  First, we will select the front plane and draw a circle on it.

Step 2:

 Then, boss-extrude the circle till 50cm, with the help of

‘Extruded Boss/Base’ option in features.

Step 3:
  Next, select the front part of the circle and select ‘sketch’.

Step 4:

 Then, draw a smaller circle on it.

Step 5:
  Next, boss-extrude the smaller circle till 15cm.

Step 6:

 Then, use ‘Draft’ from features. Select the front face for the
‘direction of pull’ and the body for the other.

 Confirm the selections.

Step 7:

 Now select the front face and sketch a smaller circle on it.

Step 8:
  Similarly, draw another circle on the opposite face.

Step 9:

 Then, use the ‘Boundary cut’ option from features and select
both the smaller drawn circles opposite to each other.
 Confirm the selections.
