EXERCISE: Flange

This exercise covers:


1. Extruded Boss
2. Lofted Boss
3. Rib
4. Circular Pattern
5. Shell
1. Create the circle on the Top Plane with diameter 150mm.

2. Extrude the circle 5 mm along Y axis.


3. Create a new plane 30mm off from the top face.

4. Create a new plane 80mm off from the top face.


5. Create the following sketch on the top face.

6. Create the following sketch on the Plane1.


7. Create the following sketch on the Plane2.

8. Using Loft create a feature by selecting three sketches previously created.


9. Shell the part by removing the face at front and at the back (Thickness 3 mm).

10. On the Front Plane create a line. Define coincident relation as shown.
11. Create a Rib using previously created line (Thickness 8mm).
12. Create a fillet with radius of 3mm on the two edges of the rib feature.

13. Show temporary exes.


14. Create 4 features of the rib and fillet previously created around temporary axis using
Circular Pattern.

15. Create a circle with diameter of 8mm on the following face.


16. Choose Extrude Cut and select the previously created circle (Through All).

17. Create 8 cut features previously created around temporary axis using Circular
Pattern.
