Practice: Create a body by extruding a sketch.

• Create a sketch.
• Apply dimensions.
• Use Extrude.
• Create an extrude cut.

1. Start with an untitled document and create a

new sketch on the XZ (Top) plane. Create a
center point rectangle at the origin that is
150mm x 50mm.

2. Extrude the sketch a distance of 50mm.

3. Start a sketch on the top face of the extrude

and create a 30mm center diameter circle.

 4. Extrude the circle through the body using it to
remove material.

NOTE: You can set the distance to through all.

5. Save the file as “C1-W1-PE1”.
