        As an adult, the first one, make a list of the people in your life who genuinely
support you, and whom you can genuinely trust.

The first ones that supports and trusts me is my parents my Mother, Father, and Grandmother that are
always been their for me. My older brother and older sister and friends they are not that many but they
are real ones and last but not the least my classmates that I’ve met and been hanging out with them on
class and after class and also my adviser and teachers even though they aren’t here for me I can feel that
they trust me and supports me.
