Garments receive from

01 sewing department At first, garments should be received from the sewing department.
Garments sent to the dry All the garments are sent to the dry process department if the buyer approved
02 process wash reference garment containing dry process.
Here hand scrapping is done by following buyer approved wash reference
03 Hand scrapping garment.
Whisker process is completed here by following buyer approved wash reference
04 Whiskering garment.

If buyer approved wash reference garment contains tacking effect then tacking
05 Tacking process should be done here by following approved garment.
Garments sent to the wet After completing all the required dry processes, garments are sent to the wet
06 process process department.
Garments loading into the
07 washing machine Here the garments are loaded into washing machine for required wash.
By following buyer approved wash reference, garments are washed here using
08 Washing required chemicals.
When the garments wash will complete, then these are unloaded from the washing
09 Extracting machine and extracted by using hydro extractor.
All the garments are dried here by using gas or steam dryer which is depended on
10 Drying the shade.

Garments sent After drying, all the garments are sent to the dry process for completing P.P
11 to the dry process process if the buyer approved wash reference garment contains this process.
Here P.P spray should be done using required chemical by following buyer
12 P.P spray approved wash reference.

P.P sprayed garments sent to After completing P.P spray, garments are sent to the wet process for completing
13 the wet process rest of the wet processes such as P.P neutral, Tinting and Softening.

P.P sprayed garments loading

14 into the washing machine Here P.P sprayed garments are loaded into the washing machine.
P.P neutral, Tinting and softening is done here by following buyer approved wash
15 Washing reference garment.
When all the machine wash is completed then garments are unloaded from the
16 Extracting machine and extracted by using hydro extractor.
Here, the garments are dried by using gas or steam dryer which is totally depends
17 Drying on the required shade.

Garments sent to the dry If the buyer approved wash reference garment contains 3D process then these
18 process garments should be sent again to the dry process for completing 3D.
Here 3D process is completed by following buyer approved wash reference
19 3D garment.

20 Curing Applying 3D process, the garments are cured here by using woven machine.
After completing all above the processes, washed garments are checked here by
21 Quality check (Q.C) following buyer approved wash reference garment.
 Send to the finishing Finally all the garments are sent to the finishing department for the next required
22 department processes.
