either by washing the garment with pumice in a rotating drum. The stone wash is
usually for 20-30 mint.In bleach wash, the garment usually wash for 30 mint at
45C temperature in washing machine. The machine runs three different times to
get three different shades like light, medium, and dark .After completing its first
wash, the garment will be checked if the shade is not according to requirement,
then the garment goes for dry process in which whiskers touching is done and
then send the garment for  Potassium permanganate Spray(PP spray)Potassium
permanganate is sprayed in specific parts of the garment to fade color and bring
a bright effect on the hand scraped area. It is often done on Denim, Twill, poplin,
corduroy fabrics. Liquid potassium permanganate color is pink but after applied
to garment turns to muddy brown or grey on drying. The garment goes for the
second wash. in this bio wash chemical used sokoston is used for cleaning
purposes. Then softener is used in this for that soft feel, fabric softeners coat
the surface of the denim with a thin layer of chemicals. The final process is
