APPLICATION FOR CAMPING PERMIT

We, the undersigned UNIT LEADERS, for and on behalf of Troop/Unit Nos. 189 and Kawan
Nos. 248-249 of MELENCIO M. CASTELO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, QUEZON CITY CHAPTER, do
hereby apply to conduct Overnight Camping at Melencio M. Castelo Elementary School from
January 21, 2023, to January 22, 2023.

Number of Kawan Scouts Participants: 400 Scouts

Number of Scouters Participants: 10 Scouters

SCOUTER IN-CHARGE: Scouter Jay-Ar G. Acbang QUALIFICATION: Institutional Scouting Coordinator

The following steps have been accomplished and/or taken for the purpose of this application.

1. The site to be used has been found ideal and declared safe for camping purposes.
2. The boys and the leaders have been found physically fit for this outdoor activity.
3. The permission of the parents/guardians of the boys has already secured.
4. Precautionary Measures have been taken and provided to protect health and safety of
the boys during the camping.
5. A program of activities to be followed during this camping has been prepared, copy is
hereto attached.
6. Sufficient camp equipment has been provided.
7. The UNIT is in good standing and its UNIT CHARTER will not expire until November 24, 2023.
8. This UNIT will observe the NATIONAL POLICIES and STANDARD FOR BOY SCOUT CAMPS.
