B. Introduction

The 2023 BSP School-Based Camporal with the theme “Sustaining


Growth”, was well-designed to provide diverse privileges and internalize
young scouts to grow and augment their capacity as responsible citizens
and imminent leaders through its pleasurable scouting deeds and outdoor
activities.
Arrival of participants reached the total strength of 3 Kid scouts, 23
Kab scouts and 32 boy scouts, as a result troop of one were able to
accommodate them and to ensure the training standard be met. They were
randomly organized with four patrols.
It was premeditated also to deliver legacy of learning which assume
the boy scout to make a change as responsible individual, good behavior
and acquire noble leadership.

C. Activity Venue

The scouting ground was held at San Alfonso Elementary School


ground. Its plain immense terrain was the appropriate site for the staff to set
well-designed scouting activities for the fun-loving scouts delighted of what
their likes. The Principal with seven teaching force show their warmly
welcome and support to the participants which ultimately driven to the
realization of the said event.
The facilities being offered to the scouting flow was precisely suitable
to the time duration and achievement of the scouting events.

D. Conduct of the Activity

Dedicated facilitators competently fix significant activities to develop


mentally, emotionally and physically leaders who will be leading motivators
to their respective grade level. The staff rolled out these activities while
participants wisely obeyed and learned different learning activities necessary
in leading their patrols. In times of difficulties, facilitators energetically
demonstrated the procedures for better learning and understanding. Young
scouts were encouraged to practice spare time activities which kept them
built strong foundation of fellowship and camaraderie.
Facilitators extremely motivates the young scouts for the purpose of
shaping leaders of tomorrow.

II. EVALUATION

As thorough conduct of evaluation, VERY SATISFACTORY rating was


given by the 2023 BSP School-Based Camporal of scouts and scouters.
Participants rated very satisfactory in terms of the camp facilities and
accommodations and facilitators and staff. Whereas, the camp activities
rated satisfactory due to time limitations and the satisfactory rating was still
high.

III. RECOMMENDATION

A ground-breaking class of fervent and firm patrol leaders was


inspired to take a step forward in to strengthening themselves and take the
responsibility of leading an assembly of wholehearted scouts. Boy scouts of
the Philippines San Alfonso ES flourished in its quest of producing worthy
leaders and most if not all of this year’s participants were seen with positive
character creditable to be added in the rooster of finest in the scouting
movement. Thus, there should be a fragmentary but persistent training
such as this that leads to further advance these promising senior scouts of
Dipolog City Division and progress genuine love in the scouting deeds.
