V. RATIONALE:

Divine Shepherd High School aims to develop the full potential of every
student when it comes to performing. Engaging students in different activities
such as drama(acting) and performing arts develops the creative side of their
brain as well as balances the student’s patterns of study. 1
Performing is also one of the in demand activities of students now a days
and to be able to equip students with the different technique, the Divine
Shepherd High School, Filipino teachers headed by the dynamic School head,
Mrs. Ma. Mercy A. Escuro plans to conduct a training entitled “Panamit: A
Glimpse of Basic Skills in Acting”

VI. OBJECTIVES:

Educate the selected students of Divine Shepherd High School on basic

knowledge in acting.

Specific Objectives
1. To develop the potentials of the students in acting
2. To demonstrate skills in performing different human expressions or
emotions and proper stage blockings needed in a theatrical play.
4. To equip students in the upcoming competition and activities that
involves performing.
