SBM is a free hand movement

b. Do I welcome SBM or do I see it as an additional work?

I would welcome the School Based Management, as of today’s different school systems you can observe
that each school has its own rules and regulations in able to maintain their school ranking. School Based
Management could help to promotes independent, responsive, and empowering type of school wherein every
part of the school has its own responsibility to fix and to be there to mandate every programs of the school. Also
through this School Based Management it brings students, teachers, and parents a good relationship that creates
unity and peace to each other that makes students become motivated and well-parented. The school could be
transforming a school-friendly environment and leads to a transformative education. School Based Management
is a good thing to apply to each school for them to improve and brings their agenda into action, also problems
could solve faster than to wait the response of the higher positions that may cause of delay to the plan.
