Narrative Form: Philosophy views freedom as an integral part of human existence.

As a human person continues on his/her existence, he/she develops this freedom by
himself, others and society as an intersubjective being. However, this freedom to live
has always an end that is death. Nevertheless, human people can always choose to
be good and live a good life while living here in the cosmos. With this, think and
elaborate your ten commandments in life. These commandments should reflect your
freedom and preservation of life which is rooted in God’s plan.

-Philosophy begins with a sense of wonder. A human being wonders about

God, the world, and his or her very being. Freedom is the condition of supervision,
regulation, and self-determination and can be defined as the human capacity to act
(or not to act) as we choose or prefer, without any external compulsion or restraint.
(Cevizci, 1996) Freedom is usually regarded as a presupposition of moral
responsibility: the actions for which I may be praised or blamed, rewarded or
punished, are just those I perform freely. It is one of the most important features of
rational beings like humans. Human freedom as a right is the inherent, essential, and
inalienable right of man and is provided within the framework of knowledge a person
possesses. Freedom can be described as a person's situation of behaving as a moral
agent according to their preferences and rational decisions. Human beings are so
made that they cannot live, develop, and find fulfillment except "in the sincere gift of
self to others." Nor can they fully know themselves apart from an encounter with other
persons. No one can experience the true beauty of life without relating to others and
without real faces to love. This is part of the mystery of authentic human existence.
Many philosophers agree that what distinguishes humans from other creatures is
their ability to step back from and evaluate their desires and then choose to act under
their deliberations. Humans, unlike other creatures, can evaluate their desires and
decide which paths to take. One interpretation of this ability to step back and evaluate
one's desires before acting is the "ability to do otherwise."
These are the ten commandments in my life that I can use to reflect my freedom and
the preservation of life, which are rooted in God’s plan:

1. Be happy with what I have.

2. Respect who deserves to be respected.
3. Be careful of the words I say to others.
4. Respect other people's opinions.
5. Do what ought to be done.
6. Be honest and fair.
7. By not harming anyone.
8. Control my thoughts.
9. Do nothing in anger.
10. Keep God's name holy.

God's law functions similarly to an instruction manual, reminding humans how to act by
their nature. Every action has consequences. People will be broken or disintegrated if
they violate how humans were created. We will be disrupted if we either neglect or
violate our true essence. God's law is intended to assist his people in avoiding mistakes
that lead to brokenness, not harm them. Its purpose is to show the way to life and joy,
not to restrict. The law must be taught with love and intimacy. The law defines the way
of love and should never contradict it in theory or practice. The judicial law, while no
longer binding, can supply principles that can be guidelines for thinking through issues
in today’s society. Biblical law provides us with guidance for our work, and business
transactions, exhorting us to seek success without greed and to treat others with dignity
and honesty.

Hence, as I have made my ten commandments in life that I can use to reflect my
freedom and the preservation of life, which are rooted in God’s plan, this does not mean
salvation. It is to establish my principles and conscience, enabling me to make wise
ethical decisions in my personal and public life.
