Write about a business management theory that you identify with, incorporating real-life

examples in your answer.

There are many frameworks and ideas in management theories, and understanding them

is essential in today's enterprises. To identify the ideal fit for their company's needs and culture;

managers may draw from various schools of thought. Numerous approaches to leadership have

been created over the last few decades with the intention that they may be used in many diverse

working environments. In this case: management theories can be useful. Despite their antiquity,

these concepts still serve as a sound foundation for corporate companies. The Scientific

Management Theory is one of the ideas examined in this study.

Frederick Taylor, an American mechanical engineer, popularized scientific management!

Taylor's attitude did not push anybody to work any harder than they already did. According to

d'Amboise and Muldowney (2018), he advocated simplifying duties to boost productivity. It was

a divergence from the norm when it came to corporate operations. In the beginning, there was

little or no_communication between the management and the workers themselves. There was no

mechanism to codify workplace regulations, but the primary purpose of workers remained the

preservation of their job. Taylor believed that money was the most powerful motivator behind the

"fair-pay days for a fair-labor" day! Science-based management philosophy has grown in

popularity ever since. The formation of teams by workers and employers led to the development

of teamwork.
