Ang namamahala ng negosyo bilang isang entrepreneur ay handang
makipagsapalaran. Siya ay may matatag na loob, tiwala sa sarili,
kakayahan sa pagpaplano, magaling gumawa ng desisyon, sipag sa
pagtrabaho, masigasig, at marunong lumutas ng suliranin. Ang isang
entrepreneur ay napapaunlad ang pamamahala, nauunawaan ang
pangangailangan ng mga tao at handang tumulong sa pamamagitan ng
kaniyang negosyo. Siya ay hindi mapagsamantala sa pagtataas ng presyo
ng paninda. Bagkus siya ay naglilingkod sa mga nakakababa sa buhay.
Sa pangangasiwa ng negosyo, kailangang may kasanayan at
kaalaman sa produktong ipinagbibili. Ang pagtitinda ay maaaring simulan
sa maliit na puhunan. Ang maliit na tindahan ay maliit din ang nakaukol na
pamamalakad. Kung malugi ka man ay maliit din ang epekto nito. Ang
pagtitipid ay isa ring katangiang dapat taglayin. Kasama rito ang paggamit
ng ilaw at tubig. Kailangang magtipid at magkaroon ng malasakit sa
tindahan.

Anong katangian ng entrepreneur ang tinutukoy sa bawat


sitwasyon. Isulat sa puwang.

Ang mga salitang: Salamat po, magandang umaga po,
magandang hapon po, magandang gabi po, kumusta po kayo, pasok po
kayo, Salamat po sa pagpunta; ay ang mga nararapat na sagot ng isang
batang magalang, matulungin, totoo, marunong magpasalamat, at
magbigay halaga sa nagawang serbisyo.
Sa simpleng usapan, mapapansin mo na ang bawat negosyo ay
laging gumagamit ng mga salitang may personal touch. Dahil ang
mamimili ay kailangang masiyahan sa produkto o serbisyo, dapat mong
makuha ang kanilang patuloy na pagtangkilik ng iyong negosyo maging
produkto o serbisyo man ito.
Ang pangunahing gawain ng negosyong nagbibigay serbisyong
may personal touch ay ang pagbigay ng komportable at kasiya-siyang
paglilingkod. Mga halimbawa sa pamayanan: pagkain, pagawaan ng
sirang gamit, labada o laundry shop, school bus service, at iba pa.

Basahin ang mga pangungusap. Isulat ang titik T kung Tama


at titik M kung Mali.
1. Ang isang negosyo ay dapat walang personal touch, basta
nasisilbihan ang mga mamimili.
2. Lahat ng mamimili ay dapat komportable at nasisiyahan
sa serbisyo.
3. Kailangan sa negosyo ang pagbibigay ng serbisyong
mabilis at nasa tamang oras.
4. Matulungin, nagsasabi ng totoo, napagkakatiwalaan, at
mabilis na serbisyo ang inaasahan sa mga empleyadong nasa
negosyong panserbisyo.
5. Kahit sa anong klaseng negosyo, ang advertisement o
komersiyal ang pinakaimportante para ipabatid sa madla ang tungkol sa
negosyo.

POLVORON
Ingredients:
1 kilo all-purpose flour
¾ kilo butter
½ kilo butter milk
¾ kilo sugar
10 pcs glazed paper

Procedure:
1. Toast the flour until light brown in color. Remove from heat. Let it cool.
2. Melt the butter. Set aside.
3. Combine powdered milk, sugar, and toasted flour.
4. Add the melted butter and mix until well combined.
5. Make sure you break the lumps while stirring the mixture.
6. Divide polvoron mixture if you want to add other flavours or nuts.
7. Press the mold in the polvoron mixture till you have filled up the cavity.
8. On a plate, press the mold to make the mixture more compact.
9. Push the ejector handle to release the molded polvoron.
10. Wrap the molded polvoron.

PASTILLAS (Coffee Flavor)


Ingredients:
1 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp coffee
½ kilo buttered milk or any powdered milk
Sugar for coating
2 pcs cellophane

Procedure:
1. Combine condensed milk, coffee and powdered milk.
2. Mix and blend evenly using a mixing spoon.
3. Shape into balls or mini logs.
4. Roll in sugar.
5. Wrap in cellophane.
