To whom it may concern:

I am writing this letter as a form of feedback on the performance of Mr. Ian Daryl
M. Martin, Teacher III of this school. He has been my colleague since 2016 and I have
seen his performance and work ethics up to this date.

These are my observances on him being a teacher and a colleague:

9. He patiently accommodates learners who need assistance in the subjects he
teaches.
10. He exercises fairness and consideration in rating his learner’s performance.

Working with him this school year, I can say that his performance can be described
as outstanding.
