    1. Design Amendments; Changes to UDECOTT conceptual Design

    2. Water well; research has shown that in the dry season the cricket field requires 20,000
    gallons daily (10,000 Gallons 6:00am and 10,000 gallons 6:00pm).

    3. Parking requirements;

    a. Public- 600 seats require as per T&CPD Code (CM) 1 No. parking space per every 10 seats. 60
    spaces Minimum.
    b. Buses – 6 No. Parking spaces (2 No. Teams, 4 No. visiting supporters.
    c. Staff – 1 No. parking space for every 40 m2. .

    4. Ancillary requirements Building et al;

    a. Ticketing Security Booth


    b. TTEC Transformer Switchgear room.
    c. Maintenance Building.
    d. Water storage – N.B. Plan is to convince UDECOTT to build 20,000-gallon concrete
    cistern within foundation and pumps underneath under tiers.
    e. Garbage Room.
    f. Cricket Practice nets.

    5. Paint; Building (exterior & interior) and exposed structural steel.

    6. Maintenance; Expenditure reduction design solutions
