 ADNOC's management should focus on increasing their productivity and improving

their financial performance. For example, ADNOC could increase their efficiency by

reducing the number of employees and increasing the number of machines they have

in order to increase production.

 Another way is by increasing the number of suppliers that they have so that they can

decrease the amount of time it takes for them to make their products.

 ADNOC should also focus on improving the quality of their products, which would

result in a higher profit margin.

A new direction

ADNOC has the potential to be a leader in the renewable energy sector. With their vast

reserves of natural gas and oil, the company could be a great asset in the renewable energy

sector. If they were to start investing in renewable energy initiatives, it would create jobs for

the UAE and allow for a more sustainable future.

Strategic Goal

One way they can ensure they have a strong team of qualified employees is to make sure they

have an effective training program in place. They can do this by using a variety of training

methods including online courses, workshops and live training.

employees without having to spend the time and money they would on physical

 Implement new technology that will help it extract oil and gas more efficiently and

Plan to achieve and implement

A plan to achieve and implement this plan is to hire a line of software professionals that will

help design the digital training platform. The best way to find a professional that we can work

with well is to go through the company's previous projects and look for testimonials from

past clients. We can do this by asking for their resume and looking through it. Next, ask the

professional if they have any experience working with a particular software. The last thing to

consider is how long the professional has been in the industry. If they have been in the

industry for a long time, we can be confident that they know what they are doing and will be

able to help us out.

Method to monitor, assess and modify their success

We can set up an automatic email notification system that sends an email to our team if an

employee's hours are not logged, if their attendance is not up to date, or if their rate of

productivity is below the standard. We can also use a software program like Teamwork.com

which will send out an email notification when an employee's work has been completed or

when they have been idle for too long.
