    Conditions:
     We are implementing EBS Cost Management
     We create Journal Line Definition for Event Class Delivery to Expense Destination
     We create Journal Entry Description (Line Description) VCI PO Charge to show some information
    below
    ⁃ Item Key Flexfield Segment1
    ⁃ VCI PO Receiving Number- (Custom Source)
    ⁃ Organization Code

    Issues:
     Line description VCI PO Charge can not be selected (Not exist in LoV)

    Goals
    ⁃ To show Item Code – Receipt Number – Organization Code in Journal Line Description
