Week 12: Task Performance Scaffolding Activity

Instructions: State three (3) problems of youth and young professionals that you noticed in your
community. Next, create the vision, mission, and goals that your “department” will use to
address the said problems.
1. Peer Pressure
Mission: To educate, care for, and assist all those affected by programs that enlighten
and nourish adolescents.
Vision: A society free from stress.
 To impart knowledge regarding the negative impacts of peer pressure.
 To encourage healthy behaviors in the community to eliminate rejection anxiety.
 To inspire adolescents to reject and disapprove with confidence and boldness.
2. Mental Health
Mission: Through the holding of orientations, seminars, and events, promote awareness
and bring value to the lives of adolescents and young professionals.
Vision: Establish a setting that fosters community healing and hope.
 To increase understanding of mental health.
 To recognize the value of moral support from loved ones, family, and friends.
 To inspire young people and professionals to not hide their emotions.
3. Teenage Pregnancy
Mission: To educate young people about teen pregnancy and its potentially harmful
implications.
Vision: Decrease and stop teen pregnancies.
 To increase public awareness of teenage pregnancy.
 To help people comprehend the significance of and consequences of sex
education.
 Expand the usage of reliable contraceptive options.
