Cushioned Acrylic system 6 mm thick. Layers to include: Primer, Resilient underlayment of Rubber + Binder in several layers as
required for asphalt/concrete surface, 2 layers of Fortified Plexipave. Finish surface of 100% Acrylic layers. Binder:Rubber ratio in the
resilient underlayment will vary from 55% to 100% depending upon Rubber gradation. No styrene/vinyl compounds will be used in final
finishes. No products containing mercury or asbestos to be used. The final layers for all play courts except Tennis would be of a material
with low co-efficient of friction to avoid injuries to players. Line marking will be done to international standards with compatible line
marking paint of specified colour.

OPTION 1: Supply and Installation of 13 mm thick impermeable track based on a 10 mm Black SBR base layer
utilizing 18% of 1012 Binder. The rubber is mixed in purpose built Mixing Machine and laid on primed asphalt by a
Paving machine. The black layer is sealed with a mix of SC1 binder and black rubber dust. After sealing a 2 mm layer
of SC1 binder is applied and over scattered with 1-3.5 mm Red EPDM granules.The system has been tested by an
independent laboratory and meets all performance specifications by IAAF .

OPTION 2: 13 mm Spray type Running Track consisting of 10 mm thick resilient layer of 1-4 mm Black SBR granules
OPTION 2: 13 MM SANDWICH TYPE bound with 1012 one part moisture curing Binder, 20% by weight, mixed in a purpose built Mixing Machine. The
RUNNING TRACK mixture is then laid by a Paving machine onto primed Asphalt substrate. The resilient layer is then sealed by a mix of
