2022 WINNERS CHAPEL, IPERU END OF THE YEAR CHILDREN CHRISTMAS PARTY
REPORT
OBJECTIVE
To provide quality ambience for children to interact, socialize, explore to the fullest their
individual talents, and have fun during the Christmas season.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The committee comprised of ten members and held its first meeting on Sunday, 25th
September, 2022. At the meeting, the following decisions were made:
The date for the Christmas Party shall be Saturday, 17th December, 2022;
The venue for the occasion shall be the premises of the Church considering the
complaint from parents on the distance and transportation challenges experienced last
year;
The Ticket prices for the party shall be Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only;
The expected number of children shall be Three Hundred (300). This would comprise
of Two Hundred and Fifty (250) Church members’ children and Fifty (50) non-members
children;
Each committee member shall donate a minimum sum of Twenty Thousand Naira
(N20,000.00) only each;
Consequent on the above decisions, an initial budget of Nine Hundred and Thirty-Nine
Thousand, Seven Hundred Naira (N939, 700.00) was developed (see Appendix I)
Meanwhile, at the next meeting held on Sunday, 23rd October, 2022, issues bothering on gifts
for the children were discussed. Afterwards, the budget was reviewed to One Million, One
Hundred and Twenty-Four Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N1,124,500) only (see
Appendix II).
PARTY ACTIVITIES
The Children Christmas Party activities include some Gospel-centered bible competitions,
memory verses, songs, choreography, games and dancing competition.
The Bible competitions was in five categories to which the Committee special prizes were
awarded to each category:
i. Category 1 (A tablet)
ii. Category 2 (Rechargeable table fan)
iii. Category 3 (Rechargeable table fan)
iv. Category 4 (School bag)
v. Category 5 (School bag)
The Christmas party games, songs and dancing competition were fun filled, participatory and
enjoyable. Two massive Playground equipment were also made available for the children to
play with.
Dancing competitions assisted the children to discover new dancing steps and talent as well.
It was indeed entertaining. The winner of the dancing competition was awarded the prize.
Meanwhile, the musical chair game enabled children to socialize with their peers and lots of
prizes were given out to children who emerged as winners for their friskiness.
In addition, Santa Claus paraded the auditorium, cheering and singing songs of Christmas,
handing out small gifts and handshakes. Children and parents also used the opportunity to
take pictures with Father Christmas in his Grotto. The two Paw Patrol mascot invited were
equally entertaining and added more fun to the Children Christmas Party.
CHILDREN GIFTS
The gifts were in three categories:
0 – 5 years - Stainless bottle water
6 – 12 year - Rechargeable lamp
12 and above - Portable alarm clock (see Appendix III for details).

APPRECIATION
The Committee Members humbly registered their sincere appreciation to the Almighty God
for the success of the programme. Also, the Management of the Church is highly commended
for their spiritual, moral and financial support. Your prayers have contributed deeply to the
success of the Year 2022 Children Christmas Party of our noble Church. We are using this
medium to wish all members of the Church a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Celebration.
