the ultimate zero defect.
This mind set consists of seven items with easy-to-
remember words so that we can make use of it for
our work.
In order to realize the No.1 quality level that will
satisfy our customers, each and every employee

It is very important to find the real facts (cause)


quickly and accurately to saving time and resources. If
can find the right cause the issue/defect can generate
again. Which results into loosing customer faith.
