Step 1: Open the pneumatic developer.
Step 2: Click the “+” sign, then fill up the examples needed to perform the
operations.
Step 3: Choose all the materials needed. Click the “tools” in the upper left corner of
the screen, and then click the “clock” sign to portray the given instructions.
Step 4: Select the materials that corresponds to your laboratory, then drag them to
your window.
Step 5: Configure the 5/2 way DVC valve, double click and select“piloted” both
sides, then ON the “spring return”.
To set up the two 3/2 way DVC, double click and select “button” on the right side,
and ON the “spring return” on both sides.
Then, followed by the last one 3/2 way DVC, which is on the left side, double click
and select “roller” on the the left side and ON the “spring return”.
Step 6: Exhaust points, connect all the terminals, be sure it is connected and
configured. For the remaining terminals, double click and select “Exhaust not
Channeled” to configure the exhaust points.
Step 7: Flow simulation to simulate the process. Press the play button to operate the
simulation. It shows the Double Acting Cylinder push and pull. Lastly, save your
work.
