1. INTRODUCTION:

Andres Gumban Memorial National High is an institution of learning that caters learners from Brgy. San
Isidro proper and its neighboring barangays and sitios. To strengthen its educational services among its populace,
the school is asking support from its external stakeholders particularly the Municipal LGU for its school operation. .
The Municipal government of Toboso under the leaderhip of Hon. Mayor Madonna Jaojoco through its
Municipal School Board Budget fiscal year 2022 has allocated Twenty Thousand Pesos ( Php 20,000.00) intended
for the propose school project utilization.
As reflected in our SIP2022 one of the priority improvement area is our lack of handwashing facility for our
Grade-7 learners. The propose project will be of beneficial to our students in case limited face to face will be allowed.
The said proposed project could also bolster our 3 STAR rating in Wins Program of the Department of Education.
The said project once realize could also prevent the spread of corona virus and other contagious diseases and make
our learners healthy and strong through habitual handwashing and sanitizing.

2. JUSTIFICATION FOR GRANT REQUEST

The provision of 3 Units Hanwashing facility will redound to our Grade-7 Learners in case Back to
School limited Face to Face will be allowed.

3. GENERAL STRATEGIES
The school’s general strategies for the project are as follows;
1.Identify the number of learners to be catered on the said budget.
2. Coordinate with the Municipal Budget In-Charge for processing of the budget.
3. Coordinate with our PSDS as to compliance of documents and submission..
4. Assign personnel for purchase of needed constructionmaterials.
5. Make Inspection and Monitoring of purchase materials as to price and quality

4. DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR ACTIVITIES:

The School Head and School Facilities Coordinator together Property Custodian will convened as to the
design and lay-out of the said project, make Program of work and Schedule of canvassing of materials.
