PF – AQUEOUS RESOLE
PHENOL FORMALDEHYDE Resole (water base)

PF- Aqueous Resole is usually made from the condensation polymerization of phenol
and formaldehyde in water base, in basic condition. (It's one step resin).
Application:

PF- Aqueous Resole is used directly (without any hardener) by hot pressing for
manufacturing of water resistance Ply board, Particle board and, Marine... etc.

pH @20ºC 11.0 – 12.5
Gel time@ 150ºC 10 -25 minutes
Solid content @ 120ºC 40 -50 %
