MY VALUES WORK STORY

Write a paragraph describing how you see your top 5 values in your work.

My work values are bendable, I can blend with management where I was in but there are
circumstances that I need to feed my self to satisfy my sacrificed personal integrity or my
work values. In some instance, I really like experiencing having a good leaders and strong
management but currently I am headed by a not so commendable head , of course as a
subordinate I will abide him/her despite the fact that it is against my work values.
Furthermore, I also like work environment that is intellectually challenging because I believe
the best teacher is our experiences. I work not only to earn but also to learn for me to be
able to reach self actualization as stated in Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs.
