Event proposal

Dear Dr. Sherif Hassan,


I hope this finds you well, this is another detailed proposal of the equipment needed on the
Santa Sucree day that is going to be held on: Tuesday 27th of December from 11:00 am to
5:00 pm
Events management and planning day/Christmas party
Requirements from the college
 8 Booths
 17 tables
 30 chairs
 Providing electricity for 2 booths
 Assigning class B306 for movie screening and activities

Students will provide:


 Kitchen knives for food tasting group
 Blender
 5 Christmas trees
 Two speakers and 1 microphone
 Electric Popcorn machine (responsible by students)
 Two flags 3 meters each
 1 large scissor
 Photobooth (responsible by students)
 Beanbags
 2 banners with different sizes
Speakers and sponsors:
 Dr Esraa Hamamm will be speaking in the outdoor for all students (public health
specialist and nutritionist) (unpaid speaker)
 Tesla lounge (sponsor)

Sponsors will provide:


 Two televisions
 Two PlayStations (free games for students)
 1 banner (tesla lounge)

We will be thankful if we got our permissions as this is our 12 th and final grades.
