Purchased software such as computer operating systems, HMI, Reporting, Batch operate software incorporated within
Purchased Software & User Licenses the control system is provided as delivered from the software provider, normally CD, and all software licensing
information is transferred to the Client user.

In the case of custom designed & Fabricated process systems, the design documents, FRS, DDS, HDS, & SDS service
Optional Documents as the Installation, operation, and user manual documentation. Stand alone user manuals are not provided for custom
equipment unless specifically included within the Techniserv, Inc Proposal.
