Refer applicable MR section for Pre-Order and Post-
Order Documentation requirements. All agreed
documents shall be in English language.
Final dossier shall contain AS-BUILT documents including Required
design documents, manufacturing data record book and
instruction for installation. The manufacturing data records
book shall contain all documentation referenced in
Inspection & Test Plan, all test certificates and
certification documents.

Training of OWNER Operating Personnel at SITE


(OPTIONAL):
Training of OWNER’s operating & maintenance personnel
at SITE shall be provided for followings: Required
Per diem rate for site training of OWNER’s operating &
maintenance personnel at SITE for Pumps including its
control system shall be provided.

On site Supervision service for (OPTIONAL Daily


Rate):
a) Field installation / Erection of the of the Pump Skid
b) Start-up, commissioning including control systems
c) Field performance testing Required
SUPPLIER to inform PURCHASER in advance for the
requirement of number of skilled and unskilled labors
