The most ideal way to reconcile the 'need' for technology and the dilemmas it faces
right now is by using the technology in a right and moderate way, and the need to
control the development of technology, and so to resolve the dilemma.

3. Should there be an ethics of trchnology?

YES there must be an Ethics in Technology. Ethics, which are beliefs about right and
wrong, form the foundation of each understanding. Ethics should exist in technology
to prevent unnecessary words, cyberbullying and sexual activities. And as technology
was created and utilized by an understanding, at that point ethics can't be separated
from technology.
