1. IO-0210 Board
In some cases, programmable inputs and outputs cannot be enough. Then, this IO-0210 board would be useful. This board gives
2 inputs and 10 transistor outputs to the user.

The explanations according to the arrow numbers:

1)Dip-switch settings: As you see in the Picture of IO-0210 board, there are 8 dip-switches. The logic of these dip-switches is
as follows:
1 and 2 dipswitches are used to select the group number of output:
1 2 Prog.output
OFF OFF 1st group
OFF ON 2nd group
ON OFF 3rd group
ON ON 4th group
For example;

If both of them is OFF position, it is selected as “1st group”.

If “1” is ON, ”2” is OFF, it is selected as “3rd group”.

Other 6 dipswitches (from 3(MSB) to 8(LSB)) works with a binary logic. For example;
MSB: Most Significant Bit (3rd dip-switch)
LSB: Least Significant Bit (8th dip-switch)
You can program 64 different IO-0210 boards for inputs.

2) MCU: By observing the behaviour of this LED, You can understand whether this board is working well or not. It should blink
synchronously. (If MCU is blinking with 1 long, 1 short time, the version of Arcode and IO-0210 are not proper. It needs to be
updated from –AREM “tools -> firmware update” after connected all units to CANbus line. Then, they will blink synchronously.)
3) 100 LED: This should give out a stable green light. If it is ON, 24V supply is good. If it is OFF, there is no 24 V supply.
4) X-CB1 and X-CB2 sockets are CANbus connections of the board. (Big and small size)
5) VCC LED: If it is stable green light, it means that the board is supplied well.
6) PROGRAMMABLE OUTPUTS: As mentioned above, this board gives 10 transistor outputs. You can adjust them from
parameter. (Tools → device parameters → programmable outputs → IO0210 board outputs) The number of group outputs are
adjusted with dip-switches 1 and 2.
7) PI INPUTS: IO-0210 board has 2 inputs. According to the dip-switches you adjusted, you can use it. (Tools → device
parameters → programmable inputs → IO-0210 board inputs)
