effortless manner. His confidence as well as his jolly personality served as a fuel that energize the
participants to keep on listening and participating in his discussion. When it comes to the delivery
of his topic, it was vividly explained and elaborated. I gained lots of insights from him.

Comments/Suggestions:

The facilitator has two abilities that make the session alive. The first one is her disposition
itself which encouraged the audience to listen attentively. The other one is her way of maintaining a
lively atmosphere by inserting funny expressions or jokes in her discussion just to avoid a drowsy
feeling from the participants. In addition, she presented her lesson in an interactive way by calling
somebody to share what he/she knew about a specific idea. Truly, she really activated our prior
knowledge.

Comments/Suggestions:

The facilitator has a good command of English language. She pronounced every word she
said in an articulate and eloquent manner. This speaking ability served as a magnet that drives the
participants to listen to her thoughts and explanations. Aside from discussing to us how to
explicitly teach a skill to learners, she was also able to guide us how to enunciate some words
properly. Indeed, she was not just an excellent speaker but an effective model of English language
too.

The facilitator has a mastery of content. She was a brilliant speaker. Everything she said
has connection to the present status of education and the 21 st century learners. She inserted timely
research studies in her discussion about the effectiveness of integrating other disciplines to the
subject that we taught. These gave us a comprehensive knowledge on how we are going to teach
lessons to our students. The facilitator was highly prepared for her discussion. Her strategy on
giving timely studies encouraged the participants to pay attention for it was really informative.
