CONTRACT OF LAND PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;

This contract to sell and entered this 17th day of March 2023 in Barangay Patalon,
Zamboanga City, by and between:
CATALINO S. LASAM, of legal age, Filipino, Married to LUCIA D. LASAM, and a
resident of Labuan, Zamboanga City hereinafter referred to as the SELLER,
-and-
ROSEMARIE C. BUHALE, of legal age, Filipino, married to MARVIN G.
BUHALE, and a resident of Zone 3 Talisayan, Zamboanga City, hereinafter referred to as the
BUYER.
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered lawful and actual possession of a certain parcel of
land and more particularly described as follows:

TCT NO. T-9132

A 57,000 SQM. PARCEL OF LAND situated at Monte Central Barangay Patalon,
Zamboanga City.
WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the above-
mentioned property under the terms and conditions here in below Seth forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the Amount of FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (P500,000.00). Philippine Currency, payable in two installment is hereby
acknowledged by the SELLER to his satisfaction, the seller agrees to sell and BUYER to buy
the aforesaid property subject to the following:

Terms and Conditions

The first part of the installment shall be TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P250,000.00) Philippines Currency to be rendered within one (1) month. After transfer of
ownership of the lot to the BUYER. The second part be TWO HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P250,000.00) Philippine Currency which shall be paid within the second
month. However if the BUYER DIDN’T FOLLOW of agreement the seller which the owner of
the land can be rescinded or take back the TRANSFERY TITLE of the property contract to the
buyer. Even she already paid the half of the property.
The seller, prior to the execution of this document, had received the amount of Two hundred fifty
thousand pesos (P250,000.00) Philippines Currency as initial deposit and this shall form part of
the full payment price.

I hereby understood and accept the terms and conditions listed above mentioned.
