 Meeting with Mr. Zaheer for ACS configuration on our systems

Valet Parking App

 Got the requirements of Valet Parking app. Created it’s flow and getting it’s
backend ready

Vanity Application
 Discussed with Moorat new changes came up after meeting with excise.
They want to go on with pre orders without payment. Once the machines
are there, users are notified to proceed with payment.

Flick App
 Waiting for the resources stuck at the clients end to proceed further

AppStudeo Website
 According to the feedback of Saad, new designs for the website are
created and applied on the website as per PPC requirements. Color theme
is also changed. Secure certificates are applied and shifted the domain
from http to https

Flower Delivery App

 Client didn’t like the initial designs sent by us
 Meeting with designer for identifying the issues in application designs
 Zaheer and team shared the first build of Android app with backend on
local server.
 Instructed them to shift the backend online for real time testing

JC Buckman Website
 Get the QA done by Moorat and got the bugs fixed as identified in QA

Miscellaneous
 Assessed and reply to new leads generated by Hania for their feasibility
 Daily Scrum meetings to monitor the team’s day to day activities. Its
agenda comprises of the following questions:
 What did you do yesterday?
 What will you do today?
 Are there any impediments/ limitations in your way?
