THE PROBLEM ABOUT GENDER EQUALITY

We can't definitely say that gender equality was really implemented here in our country
because every gender received and experience different kind of Discrimination, mostly those
member of LGBT community and even those women are also fighting for their rights and
position in our Society that's why SOGIE or Social Orientation Gender Identity Explanation
Should be recognized as A law in our country to Avoid discrimination and Criticism to everyone.
Some of us are knowledgeable about same sex marriage but if we will bring that aspect in our
country it might be a big issue for those who really don't have knowledge about it , And
specially for those Catholic believer so that We should respect every decision of our People for
as long as it doesn't affect you as a women but probably if we will discuss about Same sex
relationship It would be the best way to deal with the person who don't have knowledge about
it. Despite progress toward gender equality over the last two decades, data shows that
numerous obstacles remain. When it comes to economic and social prospects, women continue
to be at a disadvantage when compared to men. Some of these ostensibly gender
discrepancies, such as the lack of women in government, are the result of social attitudes
around gender and leadership. Others stem from factors that disproportionately affect women,
such as access to reproductive health care.
