Letter of complaint

Dear Mrs. Paul,

on 13.09. 2018, I bought a bathroom tap from Allure Brilliant product line with a product number
20342000 at Letta London Ltd on Finchley Road 762.
Unfortunately, your bathroom tap has not performed well because it came with little
scratches and it keeps dripping even after closing the water supply. I am disappointed because the
product does not work properly, as I explained above.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate an exchange for a new bathroom tab from the
same product line. Im sure everything will work out fine since I have good experiences with Grohe
company. All the necessary documents such as receipt, guarantee and contract are enclosed in the
packaging along with the malfunctioning tap.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, I will wait until 14.10.
