We, MAHAJAYA PRO RECYCLING SDN BHD are a Malaysian based Company incorporated under the
company’s Act, 1965 on the 27th December 2004. We are a constantly growing company involved in
recycling industry for more than 14 years. Our establishment was principally to manage the scrap (Waste
Materials) in a professional manner whereby maximizing recycling and minimizing waste for disposal so
that our customers can avoid unnecessary cost and, wherever possible, increase revenues.

Our company is managed and employed by a group of people who have vast experience in the recycling
industry.

Our One-Stop-Centre based on Total Waste Management concept covers all aspects of scrap and
waste handling and disposal. Our customers gain the dual benefits of suppliers’ reduction and reduced
management time. With only one company to deal with, our customers have only one contact, one
quotation, one pick up, one invoice and one management company that reduce the time required to
manage waste.

 RELEVANT PROVISIONS UNDER
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (EQA) 1974
SECTION 34B FOR E-WASTE DISPOSAL

34B. (1) No person shall—

(a) place, deposit or dispose of, or cause or permit to place, deposit or dispose of, except at
prescribed premises only, any scheduled wastes on land or into Malaysian waters;
(b) receive or send, or cause or permit to be received or sent any scheduled wastes in or out of
Malaysia; or
(c) transit or cause or permit the transit of scheduled wastes, without any prior written approval of the
Director General.
(2) The Director General may grant the written approval either subject to conditions or
unconditionally.
(3) For the purpose of this Act, any act of receiving or sending, or transit of any scheduled wastes
with an approval obtained through falsification, misrepresentation or fraud or which does not conform
in a material way with the relevant documents in such form as may be prescribed, shall be an
offence.
(4) Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a
fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a period not
exceeding five years or to both.

OUR SERVICES – DECOMMISSIONING

There may come a time when a telecom service will no

longer operate from a particular location. On the other hand,
perhaps the site’s equipment is so outdated that it is easier to
start from the ground up than to try to renovate what is
already in place. When either of these problems occurs, site
decommissioning is the answer.

Unlike demolition of a simple structure, telecom demolition

services are explicitly designed to solve the unique problems
that happen when telecom equipment is involved. This can
include towers, batteries, internal equipment and hazardous
materials.
