I.Background Study
Human health, life, and brain development are all
influenced by nutrition. It is necessary not only for physical
endurance and growth, but also for cognitive development
and productivity. Many records stated that malnutrition is
considered one of the reason why some of the students
having a low performance in school. Thus, researcher
want to know and discover the health status of the
students. The researcher will identify who among of the
students have a unhealthy body and considered as
malnourished and make a feeding program that will help
them to live physically and mentally healthy.

II. Statement of the Problem

This simple and mini research will help the researcher to

identify and determine the health status of the Grade 10
students at Conde Labac Integrated School for S.Y. 2021-
2022.

III. Significance of the study

By doing this mini research the researcher will able to

identify those students that are malnourished or severely
wasted and give them a feeding program that will help
them to develop their health status.

IV. Methodology
A. Research Study
This is Quantitative Research. Documentary Analysis and
purposive sampling were used in conducting this Mini-
Research.

B. Respondents/Participants
Grade 10 CLISians (Conde Labac Integrated School
Students)

C. Data Gathering
Some of the data were taken from the teacher's BMI
record and some of the data came from my classmates.

D. Statistical Treatment
Mean= Average
Percentile Rank VI.
Weight f LB <cf Xm fXm
46-50 0 45.5 45 48 0
41-50 0 40.5 45 43 0
36-40 0 35.5 45 38 0
31-35 1 30.5 45 33 33
26-30 8 25.5 44 28 224
21-25 19 20.5 36 23 437
16-20 17 15.5 17 18 306

Percentile Rank

We are going to determine how many students got the score

below 25. Thus , we are going tp get the Percentike Rank of 24
which is between 21-25 class interval.
V. Results and Findings
The class average of 22.2 .
54% of the Grade 10 CLISians has a score of which is equal or
less than 24.
46% of the Grade 10 CLISians has a score of which is equal or
greater than 24.

VI. Conclusion and Recommendations

Based on the results, the Grade 10 CLISians got a fair mastery of

level of performance for the third quarter in Mathematics. There
are many Students will join feeding program due to their bad
results. The Researcher of Grade 10 CLISians, must prepare
some feeding programs for that 54% of the class who got a score
less than 25.
I.Background Study

Despite the importance of Mathematics, many students

still have difficulty and confusion so they get low grades. It
is also said to be one of the most difficult subjects. Thus,
the researcher needs to know who among the students
are experiencing difficulties with it and conduct
intervention that will help them to overcome this.

II. Statement of the Problem

This Mini-Research would definitely help the researcher to

easily determine the performance of the Grade 10
Students in Conde Labac Integrated School in the Third
Quarter for S.Y. 2021-2022 in their Summative Test in
Mathematics.

III. Significance of the Study

By doing this research the researcher will able to identify

or find those students who needs help on the Mathematics
subject.

IV. Methodology

A. Research Design
This is a Quantitative Research, Documentary
Analysis and purposive sampling was used in
conducting mini-research.
B.Respondents/Participants

Grade 10 Students at Conde Labac Integrated School (CLIS).

C.Data Gathering

The data were taken from the students or my

classmates.

D.Statistical Treatment

Percentile Rank
Scores F Lb <cf Xm fXm
46-50 5 45.5 45 48 240
41-45 9 40.5 40 43 387
36-40 3 35.5 31 38 114
31-35 1 30.5 28 33 33
26-30 7 25.5 27 28 196

11-15 1 10.5 5 13 13
6-10 3 5.5 4 8 24
1-5 1 0.5 1 3 3

Percentile Rank
Using Percentile Rank, we are going to determine how many
students got the grade below 30. Thus, we are going to get the
Percentile Rank of 29 which is between 26-30 class interval.
V. Results and Findings
The class average of 22.2 .
55% of the Grade 10 CLISians has a score of which is equal or
less than 29.
45% of the Grade 10 CLISians has a score of which is equal or
greater than 29.

VI. Conclusion and Recommendations

Based on the results, The Grade10 CLISians didn’t got a fair

mastery level of performance for the Third Quarter in Math. The
are many students who will given intervention. The Math
Teachers and Outstanding Students of Grade 10, must prepare
intervention materials for that 55% of the class who got below 30.
