I.Background Study
Human health, life, and brain development are all
influenced by nutrition. It is necessary not only for physical
endurance and growth, but also for cognitive development
and productivity. Many records stated that malnutrition is
considered one of the reason why some of the students
having a low performance in school. Thus, researcher
want to know and discover the health status of the
students. The researcher will identify who among of the
students have a unhealthy body and considered as
malnourished and make a feeding program that will help
them to live physically and mentally healthy.
IV. Methodology
A. Research Study
This is Quantitative Research. Documentary Analysis and
purposive sampling were used in conducting this Mini-
Research.
B. Respondents/Participants
Grade 10 CLISians (Conde Labac Integrated School
Students)
C. Data Gathering
Some of the data were taken from the teacher's BMI
record and some of the data came from my classmates.

Analysis and purposive sampling was used in
conducting mini-research.

Percentile Rank
Using Percentile Rank, we are going to determine how many
students got the grade below 30. Thus, we are going to get the
Percentile Rank of 29 which is between 26-30 class interval.
V. Results and Findings
The class average of 22.2 .
55% of the Grade 10 CLISians has a score of which is equal or
less than 29.
45% of the Grade 10 CLISians has a score of which is equal or
greater than 29.
