~A Message from Mrs. Kline and Ms. Jian~
Grade 6 students in INTRODUCTION TO CHINESE LANGUAGE AND
CULTURE class learned about the Chinese culture of naming children
to show a family's heritage and aspiration. They created a poster of
"Celebrate Our Names and Build Our Legacies" to share their own
culture. Students were given a Chinese name as well and a cool seal
form of their names with the help of their teachers.
