Grade 6 Students in the Introduction to Chinese Culture class at JPMS did research on major cities in China and shared their results using mapping skills. The "China Highlight" project includes bordering provinces/states with major landmarks, detailed information on unique landscapes such as mountains, rivers, plants/trees, animals, tourist attractions for which the place is known, such as landmarks, historical places, museums, zoo, famous mountains.
