Generate and submit invoices alongside with appropriate supporting documentation to
clients using a specialized software; Ensure the invoices contains all the necessary information and billing guidelines; Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding the invoices; Correct and resend client invoices when needed; Perform other back office related duties as assigned.
Main Requirements:
Fluency in verbal and written communication in Spanish/German/French or Italian;
Very good level of English; Fair working knowledge in MS Office (Excel); Basic accounting knowledge/invoice experience will be considered an advantage; Relevant BPO or Customer Interaction experience; Independent and analytical thinker with problem solving skills; Excellent Communication skills.
