Billing & Payment Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

 Generate and submit invoices alongside with appropriate supporting documentation to


clients using a specialized software;
 Ensure the invoices contains all the necessary information and billing guidelines;
 Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding the invoices;
 Correct and resend client invoices when needed;
 Perform other back office related duties as assigned.

Main Requirements:

 Fluency in verbal and written communication in Spanish/German/French or Italian;


 Very good level of English;
 Fair working knowledge in MS Office (Excel);
 Basic accounting knowledge/invoice experience will be considered an advantage;
 Relevant BPO or Customer Interaction experience;
 Independent and analytical thinker with problem solving skills;
 Excellent Communication skills.
