Concepts of Physical Education, and What Is Physical
Education are the topics we'll be discussing on September

concepts have already been covered by our teacher so that
we are familiar with the fundamentals of physical education
and its importance. What advantages will this have for us?
She also inquired about our knowledge of the subjects she
teaches. The PYHYSICAL EDUCATION Is an integral part of the
education progam which aims to promote optimum
development of an individual physically, mentally, socially,
emotionally and even spiritual in the performance of
properly selected physical activities.

IV. MEETING OF OFFICERS IN 1E FOR
GROUPINGS

-This meeting will ensure

that the groupings we create
are effective and united. It
will be thought of as a better
group for everyone so that
anyone can go and share
ideas or opinions about
homework activities.
Because there are 12 officers
in total in 1E, we have
decided to make each group
have two officers, so I need
any news or information
about other groups. This
meeting will also serve as a
valuable forum for a variety
of other purposes, enabling
people to share ideas, make
decisions, and achieve goals.
V. GROUP 1 MEETING

October 2, 2022 at 6 PM

- This group of people is together for a specific purpose to

provide a forum for open discussion, and delivers a
tangible result: a decision, a plan, a list of fantastic ideas
to pursue, and a shared understanding of the work ahead.
As a result, our meeting is more accurate and precisely
to be have a better result as soon as possible at this
moment.
VI. EVERYONE’S REFLECTION
- JOSHUA PAOLO MENDOZA
According to my opinion, the goal of physical education is
to help students become physically competent, aware of
safe movement, and able to use these skills to participate
in a variety of activities connected to the development of
an active and healthy lifestyle. Physical activity will also
help students burn off extra calories. These calories will
be stored as fat if they are not expended. Physical activity
is defined as the development of physical and motor
skills, fundamental motor skills and patterns, skills in
aquatics, dance, and individual and group activities and
sports, including intramural and lifetime sports, by
engaging in physical activity.
- ANGELY ABUCAY
On September 28, 2022, I discovered that there are many
things that are extremely important to us. We need to be
physically fit as well as emotionally, socially, mentally,
and spiritually fit. Physical education aims to provide us
with knowledge as well as physical competence. This is
also where we will gain a better understanding of our
abilities.
- PAULO STA. CLARA
I learned that PHYSICAL EDUCATION is not only define
about tha physical body of the person, because PHYSICAL
EDUCATION represents other definition or not just the
physical body. Physical education is has different types it
could be physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
- ADRIAN T. DECANO
I was reminded of the significance of physical, mental, social,
emotional, and spiritual fitness in my last class yesterday.
And I recently discovered the value of physical education in
our daily lives, as well as how to live a healthier and happier
life every day.

- DESEREE MEDALLO
Physical Education requires portions of creative thinking and
exercises like sports or mental awareness for the growth of
a students' confidence level along with capability and
competence to participate several activities. It was a good
quality curriculum because it ensures that the students can
perform types of activities while enjoying at the same time.

- LOVELY DELA PENA CONDAT

What i learned in Physical education is an important part of a
person's education and can help them learn about physical
activity and physical fitness.

- SHERYL MANALO
I learn how the P.E is the most important because when
someone is educated about the importance of their health
then it will cause them to live a healthy lifestyle. It provides
opportunities for students to: develop creativity, positive
attitudes toward physical activity, assume more personal and
social responsibility, and meet performance obligations as
individuals and in groups.
