PREFACE
First of all, the writer wants to express his thanks to Allah SWT, because of His
bless and grace, the entitled "EFFECT OF PHYSICAL AND SPORTS DEVELOPMENT
AT PEKANBARU STATE FORESTRY VOCATIONAL SCHOOL". This paper is a
requirement to fulfill the assignment from Mr.Wiwit Hendra Asmara , the English teacher of
Forestry Vocational School of Pekanbaru. The writer also thanks to him for all the guidance
to complete it.
In completing this paper, the writer faced many problems, but with the help of many
people, all the problems could be passed. May Allah SWT give the blessing for them.
Hopefully, this script would give a positive contribution to the educational development or
those who want to carry out further research.

BACKGROUND REASON:
The purpose of this study was to find out how much impact noise has on the bodies of
forestry vocational school students

BRIEF EXPLANATION:
Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the majority of students have a high
level of desire in achieving their goals,the majority of students have a high level of
motivation in shaping their body and exercise regularly, a small number of students have a
moderate level of motivation to exercise and no students have a low level of motivation to
exercise because exercise is mandatory.

CHAPTER 1
I. BACKGROUND
Exercise has an important role in supporting the health of the body. By
exercising, the body will stay healthy and fit. Not only providing physical benefits,
doing sports activities can provide other benefits, both mentally and socially. That's
why sports have become an integral part of our daily lives. On the other hand, even
though they know the various benefits, there are still many who find it difficult to
schedule regular exercise.
National Sports Day (Haornas), which is celebrated today, September 9, is the
right moment to remind us to continue to increase our passion for sports. It is hoped
that through the Haornas momentum it can motivate all of us to care more about
regular and regular exercise, regardless of the type of sport, to live a healthy life both
physically and spiritually. To celebrate National Sports Day, it's a good idea to know
what sport is all about. In general, the notion of sport is an activity that involves the
exertion of physical and mental effort to train the human body, both physically and
spiritually. The purpose of exercise is to improve one's health status. In addition to
increasing physical fitness, exercise can improve and improve the performance of the
human brain so that it can work more optimally. With a fitter physical condition and
better thinking power, it will ultimately increase one's self-confidence. For some
people, sports activities are not only aimed at improving health. Many people engage
in sports activities for hobby purposes or to reduce stress due to the daily routine and
workload.
Sports also have types, namely:
- Modern Sports
Modern sport is an activity or effort that can encourage, develop, and foster a
person's physical and spiritual potentials with a systematic process, either as an
individual or as a member of society in the form of games, sports
competitions/competitions that have undergone changes and the rules of the game
keep up with the times and developing technology in the world.
- Traditional Sports

Traditional sport is an original game of the people as a national cultural asset that has
elements of traditional physical exercise. Even though it is not as popular as modern
sports, until now there are still many Indonesian people who still do traditional
sports.
II. RESEARCH QUESTION
In every report of course there is a research objective, namely:

I. Sport
Sport is a form of physical activity that is usually competitive with the aim of
improving one's physical abilities and skills while providing entertainment for
players or spectators.
Sport is a physical activity that is intentional and planned starting from the
direction, purpose, time and location.
II. Body
the body is the material physical part of man or animal, which can be contrasted
with spirit, nature and behavior

Theoretical Basis
I. Type of Research
The first stage of the research method is to determine the type of research.
In this report, the type of research used is field research. This research is useful for
explaining the importance of physical exercise and a little information about body
building exercises.
II. Location
This research was conducted at Forestry Vocational School of Pekanbaru’s
Housing Complex. Consideration of choosing this location to make it easier for
writers who are currently domiciled in the same location.
III. Data Research
The interview method aims as an approach to get information from someone
with communication. Interviews were conducted with students so that the
interviews were free and flexible. Sources are free to reveal anything.
IV. Data Processing Method
The stages carried out are editing for completeness of answers, readability of
writing and suitability, classification of answers, verification or checking of data
validity and the last is drawing conclusions.
V. Data Analysis
The last is data analysis. After all the data is collected, the researcher organizes
the data, parses the data, systematizes the data and draws conclusions based on the
right theory.

DISCUSSION
III.1 What is a sport
Previously, learning was done online, the drawback of this online learning is that
students are forced to study alone or learn by themselves through videos or only from
presentation of material, of course not all students can or are able to do learning and also
of course students are not supervised to do sports at home to maintain health his body
through this self-taught method. Nearly 70% of students do sports due to limited sports
equipment and the distance of the sports field from home, equipment and fields that
should be provided at school without having to do it at home.
In body building activities, sport can be said to be the motivation and driving force that
gives rise to sports activities, which ensures the continuity of sports and provides
direction for body building activities.
Sports students because they are driven by the power of their coaches and their mental
strength. Mental strength in the form of desire, attention, will, or ideals. The importance
of exercise as a booster for the body to be healthy.

- Reducing stress.
Starting to be disciplined in implementing Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) in daily
life is one way to improve the quality of body health for now and in the future.
In addition, adopting a healthy lifestyle is also a way for all of us to be able to avoid
various chronic diseases, both communicable and non-communicable diseases.
If you experience an injury during sports, stop immediately and rest. If there are other
health complaints, visit a health service facility to get further treatment.

CHAPTER 4
CONCLUSION
The success of forming a student body in the school process is strongly influenced
by their own motivation. One indicator of body building is the high motivation of students.
Students who have a high motivation to exercise leads to the body, they will be moved or
moved to have the desire to do something that can get certain results or goals. Motivation has
an important position in achieving the goals that have been set. The emergence of motivation
is not solely from oneself but teachers, coaches and other students must be involved to
motivate students to exercise. The existence of motivation will provide enthusiasm so that
students will know what direction they want to achieve. Motivation to shape the body can
appear if students have the desire to exercise. Therefore, both intrinsic and extrinsic
motivation must exist in students so that the goals of forming their bodies that have been
realized can be achieved optimally.
SUGGESTION
Based on the results of this study, an analysis with Pekanbaru Forestry Vocational High
School students included;
1. For the Government
The government must always provide support in carrying out education so that children
become educated and successfully useful in their lives.
2. For Schools
Schools must be able to provide motivational support so that students continue to exist and
are able to take positive opportunities in rapidly changing living conditions. Schools can
provide comfort to students who are studying because that is one of the rights of students.
3. For Students
You must know your position as a student, namely by carrying out your obligations by
studying hard in achieving your goals, not complaining in looking for opportunities or
provisions that will be used for the world of work later.
