Sub: Addendum to Engagement Letter dated July 29, 2020.

Dear Sir,

This is in furtherance to the engagement letter entered on July 29, 2020, to perform Statutory
Audit for the year ended March 31, 2021. The scope is amended to additionally include the issuance
of Certificate of Annual Performance Report (APR) for the year ended March 31, 2021, under FEMA
Regulations.

Pursuant to Para 11 of the Original Engagement letter, our fees for the additional scope of work
wil\ be as follows:

• Applicable taxes / GST would be charged in addition to the above.
• Out of pocket expenses incurred on travel, communication, etc. in rendering the above
services will be charged at actual.

This addendum and the accompanying engagement letter comprise your agreement with us
(“Agreement”). If there is any inconsistency between the engagement letter and this Addendum,
the engagement letter will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

If these arrangements are acceptable, please sign one copy of this letter and return it to us.
