2. Social institutions facilitate the process of enculturation for children. Discuss the various

3. Discuss the main concerns or issues for sociology of education. (20 marks)

4. (a) State the main functions and contributions of education to society. (5 marks)

(b) Examine the basic factors that characterize a formal social organization and show
using relevant examples, whether the school qualifies to be described as
such.
