一、概述 General description

1.1 产品简介 Product basic introduction
螺旋输送机是一种不具有挠性牵引构件的连续性输送设备，俗称绞龙，用于
短距离输送物料，是利用螺旋叶片（或桨叶）的旋转推动物料沿着料槽移动而完
成水平输送任务。
绞龙输送机广泛应用于各行业，如木屑、饲料、化工、粮食等行业，适用于
水平输送粉状、粒状和小块状物料，如木屑、颗粒饲料、玉米、豆粕等，物料温
度小于 200℃，不适于输送易变质的、粘性大的、易结块的物料。
Screw conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment without flexible traction

component, commonly known as screw, used for materials conveying at short
distance, is the use of spiral blade (or propeller blade) rotation to push the material
along the trough to complete the horizontal conveying task.
Screw conveyor is widely used in various industries, such as sawdust, feed,
chemical, food and other industries, suitable for horizontal conveying of powdery,
granular and small block materials, such as sawdust, granular feed, corn, soybean
meal, etc., the temperature of the material is less than 200℃, is not suitable for
conveying of perishable, viscous, caking materials.
1.2 主要特点 Main features

1.承载能力大、运行可靠、安全、维护方便、操作成本低；
2.结构简单紧凑、适应性强、安装维修方便、寿命长；
3.整机体积小、转速高、确保快速均匀输送；
4.噪声低、适应性强，进出料口位置布置灵活；
5.密封性好，端部采用法兰互相连接成一体，刚性好；
6.头尾轴承座均在壳体外，所有轴承采用多层密封和配合密封技术，轴承使
用寿命长。
7.能多点进料和多点卸料，进料和出料的机构简单。

6. The bearing seat of the head and tail is outside the shell, and all the bearings
adopt multi-layer sealing and interference fit sealing technology, with long service life
of the bearings.
7. Multi-point feeding and unloading is realized, feeding and discharging is of
simple mechanism；
1.3 存在缺点 Disadvantage

1.由于物料对螺旋及料槽的摩擦和物料的搅拌，使单位功耗大，同时易引起
物料的破碎，一般不能用它来输送易碎的颗粒饲料。
2.对叶片和料槽磨损较快，机壳的维修和叶片的更换较为频繁；
3.对超载较为敏感，进料不均，易造成堵塞现象；
4.不宜输送含有纤维多的物料（带有较多秸秆、绳头的大杂物），易在输送
过程中缠在螺旋叶片上，使效率降低，甚至发生堵塞。
5、由于螺旋的刚性要求，螺旋输送机不宜做长距离的输送，一般在 15m 以
下；若超过 15m，就要考虑用刮板输送机取代。
1. Due to the friction of the material on the screwl and the material trough and

4. It is not suitable to transport the material with many fibers (sundries with
much straw and rope head), which is easy to be entangled in the screw blade in the
transportation process, reducing the efficiency and even causing blockage.
5. Due to the rigid requirements of the screw, the screw conveyor is not suitable
for long-distance transport, generally the distance should be below 15m; If it exceeds
15m, consider using a scraper conveyor instead.
1.4 工作原理 Working principle

当物料加入固定机槽内，由于物料的重力及其与机槽间的摩擦力的作用，堆
积在机槽下部的物料不随着螺旋体旋转，而只在旋转的螺旋叶片推动下向前移
动，如同不旋转的螺母随着旋转的螺杆做平移运动一样，达到输送物料的目的。

helical blade, like non-rotating nut as per the rotation of the screw to conduct the

螺旋输送机一般由输送机本体、进出料口及驱动装置三大部分组成；

四、安装、调试及注意事项
4. Installation, debugging and matters needing attention
机器安装的正确性，是以后使用情况良好的先决条件，螺旋输送机在使用地
点的安装必须妥善的进行，并满足本技术条件的要求：
1.其基础应能可靠地支撑绞龙并保证不因地基支承力过小而发生绞龙的下
沉和额外的变形，保证绞龙运行时具有足够的稳定性。
2.安装前，必须将那些在运输途中或卸箱时粘上尘垢的机件加以清洗。
3.组装机壳时，应按照出厂时各段的标记顺序组装，相邻机壳的内表面接头
处错位不应超过 3mm,机壳连接处应紧密。机壳内壁与螺旋叶片间两侧的间隙应
相等，允许误差为 2cm，底部的间隙允许误差为 2cm，（特殊绞龙间隙根据输送
原料体积大小定）；头尾轴承座的同轴度误差，因不同机长绝对值有所差异，一
般不得超过 1mm。
4.在整机各段安装调整好，各段机壳的法兰联接螺栓紧固后，再拧紧地脚螺
栓。螺旋输送机安装后，用手拨动应该能旋转，并检查有无卡壳摩擦现象。
5.螺旋机装妥以后应检查各存油处是否有足够润滑油，如果不够则应加足，
才能进行无负荷试车，在进行连续 4 小时以上试运转后，检查螺旋输送机是否有
异常。
The correctness of the machine installation is a prerequisite for good use in the
future. The installation of the screw conveyor at the place of use must be carried out
properly and meet the requirements of the technical conditions:
1. The foundation should be able to support the screw reliably and avoid sinking
and additional deformation of the screw due to the small supporting force of the
foundation, so as to ensure the sufficient stability of the screw in operation.
2. Before installation, clean the parts stuck with grime during transportation or
unloading.

3.When assembling the housing, it shall be assembled in the order marked by

each section when leaving the factory. The dislocation of the joints on the inner
surface of the adjacent housing shall not exceed 3mm, and the joints of the housing
shall be tight.The clearance between the inner wall of the machine shell and the two
sides of the spiral blades should be equal, the allowable error is 2cm, and the
allowable error is 2cm for the clearance at the bottom, (the clearance of special screw
is determined according to the volume of the conveying material);The coaxiality error
of the head and tail bearing pedestal, due to the difference in the absolute value of
different machines, shall not exceed 1mm in general.
4. After the installation and adjustment of each section of the machine, the flange
connection bolts of each section of the machine shell are tightened, then the anchor
bolts are tightened.After the screw conveyor is installed, it should be able to rotate
when it is moved by hand, and check whether there is any friction phenomenon of
stuck shell.
5. After the screw machine is installed, check whether there is enough lubricating
oil in the oil storage place. If it is not enough, then enough oil should be added to
carry out no-load test to check if there is any abnormalities of the screw conveyor.

五、安全操作与保养 Safe operation and maintenance

1.在操作之前，阅读本说明书，熟悉该机的性能，知道机器的结构和所有的
工作点的调整方法。
2.开机之前，应做常规检查，就是检查紧固件，驱动装置等。检查机壳内有
无杂质，尤其是轴承处有无纤维杂质缠绕，进入机内的物料，应经过清理，从而
保证了机器的正常运行；
3.操作时应先开车空运转，后进物料，流量逐步加大，进料适当；
4.经常检查轴承的润滑情况，定期向轴承内注入润滑油脂；
5.机壳盖子应严密盖好，防止粉尘飞扬和杂质落入；
6.必须将机内物料输送完毕后才可停车；
7.长期不用时，应排除机内所有存料，清理干净，置于通风良好、干燥、阴
凉的地方，并有防潮设施；
1. Before operation, read this manual, get familiar with the performance of the
machine, geeting acquainted with the structure of the machine and the adjustment
method of all working points.
2. Before starting the machine, regular inspection should be done, that is,
checking fasteners, driving devices, etc. Check whether there are any impurities in the
shell housing, especially in the bearing where there are no fiber impurities winding,
the materials entering the machine should be cleaned, so as to ensure the normal
operation of the machine;
3. During operation, the machine should start in idle state first, and then the
material enters, the flow rate will increase gradually, and the incoming material will
be appropriate;
4. Regularly check the lubrication of the bearing and regularly inject grease into
the bearing;
5. The cover of the machine case should be tightly covered and sealed to prevent
dust from flying and impurities from falling into the machine;
6. Stop the machine only after all the materials in the machine are completely
transferred;

7. When not in use for a long period of time, all materials stored in the machine
should be removed, cleaned and placed in a well-ventilated, dry and cool place with
moisture-proof facilities;

一、概述 Overview
裙边皮带机用于散状物料的连续输送。采用具有波状挡边和横隔板的输送带，输送机倾
角可在0—90°范围内任意布置，我们一般设有45°和50°两种。本机是以皮带作为牵引力
承载机构的连续运输设备，广泛适用于饲料、生物质能源等行业和部门的散装物料输送。
Skirt belt Conveyor is used for the continuous transport of particle materials. It uses the
conveyor belt with corrugated side walls and horizontal baffles, the dip angle of conveyor can be
set in the range of 0-90°, we generally have 45° and 50°. This machine is a continuous transport
equipment with belt as a traction bearing mechanism, widely used in the transport of particle
materials in feed, biomass energy and other industries and sectors.
主要部件及结构特点 Main parts and structural features

1、可大倾角输送散状物料，能大量节省设备占地面积，彻底解决了普通、
花纹带式输送机不能达到的输送角度。
Can transport particle materials in large dip angle, which can save a lot of area,
completely solve the problem that common belt conveyor and ribbed belt conveyor
can not transport things in such an angle.
2、该机型与普通带式输送机、斗式提升机、刮板输送机比较，工艺布置方便、
灵活，其综合性能都优越。输送量大，垂直提升高度高。
Compared with common belt conveyor, bucket elevator and scraper conveyer, this
model’s comprehensive performance is superior, including large throughput and high
hoisting height, and the process layout is convenient and flexible.
3、从水平到倾斜（或垂直）能平稳过度。
Objects can go smoothly from horizontal to tilt (or vertical).
4、总体投资费用低、能耗低、结构简单、维护方便。
The overall investment costs are low, energy consumption is low, the structure is
simple, easy to maintain.
5、胶带强度高，使用寿命长。

6、该机可用于工作环境温度为－15℃～40℃ 的范围内输送堆积比重为

0.5～2.5t/m3 的各种散状、颗粒状物料。

density of 0.5~2.5t/m3in the working environment temperature of -15℃~40℃.
7、对于输送有特殊要求的物料，如：高温、具有酸、油类物质或有机溶剂
等成份的物件需采用特殊的输送带。
For conveying materials with special requirements, such as: special conveyor
belts are required for high temperature, articles containing acids, oils or organic
solvents.

裙边带式输送机以汉语拼音字头代表带式、以带宽代表产品规格型号。

三、整机典型布置 Typical layout of the whole machine

该设备主要由机头、机尾、中间段、转弯段、头轮、尾轮、改向轮、托辊组、
驱动装置、清扫器及皮带等组成。
This machine is mainly made of head, tail, intermediate section, turning section,

head pulley, tail pulley, bend pulley, roller set, drive device, cleaner, belt and etc.
（1）托辊组 Roller set
托辊组有上托辊，下托辊两种。上托滚采用碳钢材质表面镀锌，内牙轴式固
定方式，转动灵活，经久耐用、承载性大；下托辊为带轴，外圈为耐磨材料的滚
轮。
Roller set is divided into upper roller and lower roller. The upper roller uses
carbon steel with the galvanized, the internal thread uses shaft fixing mode with
flexible rotation and high bearing capacity, wear well; and the lower roller is a roller
with shaft and the outer ring is a wheel made of wear-resistant material.
（2）驱动装置 Drive device
驱动装置由电动机减速器、链轮、链条、护罩组成。
Derive device is made of motor reducer, chain wheel, chain and cover.
（3）输送带 Conveyor belt
输送带采用波形挡边环型输送带，此种皮带能有效提高皮带机的输送高度。

本机特点：

本皮带机是以皮带作为牵引承载机构的连续输送设备。驱动滚筒（以下简
称头轮）外层包胶，磨擦系数大，初张力小，由电机及减速机的驱动，在满足尤
拉公式的情况下带动皮带转动，同时，皮带作为承载及牵引工具承载散状物料作
连续不断的运输。
This machine is a continuous transport equipment with belt as a traction bearing

（1）全机所采用上托辊和滚轮，均为统一规格，可通用互换；

偏及打滑。

conveyor belt and the roller to prevent the conveyor belt running deviation and
slipping.
四、部件概述 Part overview

机头主要由（1）侧板（2）托辊（3）头轮（4）电机（5）链轮罩等主要部
件及其他辅助构件组成

Machine head is mainly made of main parts such as (1) side plate (2) roller (3)
head pulley (4) motor (5) chain wheel cover and other auxiliary parts
驱动装置（电机减速机）上的链轮与驱动滚筒（带链轮）上的链轮相连，从
而带动此滚筒转动，该驱动滚筒又与从动滚筒用皮带相连，这样整条皮带线就按
照同一方向传送起来，不断的传送到线体尾端。
The chain wheels on the drive device (motor reducer) are connected to the chain
wheels on the drive rollers to drive the roll to rotate, and the drive rollers are
connected to the driven rollers with the belt, so that the entire belt is transmitted in the
same direction and continuously transmitted to the end of the line.
4.2 中间段 Intermediate section

中间段由（1）侧板（2）托辊（3）支架（4）挡料装置五部分构成。

通过调整中间段的节数与长度可实现整体皮带机长度的变化。该中间段长度
可根据实际现场需要进行调整，若为平斜皮带机，则倾斜部分底脚需换成支撑板，
通过螺栓与倾斜部分皮带机支架连接。

tilted part needs to be replaced with a support plate, and connected to bracket of tilt
part of the belt machine through bolts.
4.3 转弯段 Turning section

转弯段由（1）侧板（2）支架（3）转弯压轮（4）转弯轮（6）托轮主要构
件及其他辅助构件组成。
Turning section is mainly made of main parts such as (1) side plate (2) bracket (3)
turning pinch roller (4) turning roller (6) jockey pulley and other auxiliary parts.
转弯段实现了平皮带段到倾斜段的转换，可通过调整转弯段的倾斜角大小来
改变整个平斜带的角度变化，能较灵活地运用于实际生产使用中。
The turning section realizes the transition from the flat belt to the tilt section, and
the angle of belt can be changed by changing the dip angle of turning section, which
can be used more flexibly in the actual production.

五、安装要点、试运行及调整 Installation tips, trial run and
adjustment
5.1 安装 Installation
5.1.1 机架(机头、机尾、中间段、驱动装置)安装应平直、稳固。
The frame (machine head, tail, intermediate section, drive device) shall be
straight and stable.
5.1.2 滚筒组、托辊组、驱动装置安装后应运转灵活。
Roller set, drive device shall be flexible after installation.
5.1.3 输送带安装前应进行外观检查,测量两侧长度,并确定安装方向。输送带
的横隔板倾斜方向既输送带运行方向。
The conveyor belt shall be inspected before installation, measure the length of

both sides and determine the installation direction. The dip direction of horizontal
baffles of the conveyor belt is the direction in which the conveyor belt operates.
5.1.4 输送带安装后进行拉紧,尽量做到两侧拉紧力均衡,待运行调试时在做
调整。
After installation, conveyor belt shall be tightened, try to balance tension forces
on both sides as far as possible, adjust when trial run.
5.1.5 安装驱动装置是要检查减速器的运转方向是否正确。电动机轴线与减
速器轴线应同轴。大、小链轮应在同一平面内。
When installing drive device, please check whether the reducer is operating in
the correct direction. The motor shaft shall be coaxial with the reducer shaft. Large
and small chain wheels shall be in the same plane.
5.1.6 安装过程中临时摆放的零部件一定要放置稳妥，不能损坏零部件或伤
人，注意安全。 During installation, temporary parts must be placed securely, not
damaging parts or people, be careful.
5.2 试运行 Trial run
5.2.1 新安装的输送机在正式投入使用前，应进行 2 小时空载试运转。试运
转前除检查是否符合安装技术要求外，尚需检查下列各项：
Newly installed conveyors shall be operated without load for 2 hours before they
are put into operation. In addition to checking if the machine meets installation
technical requirements before trial run, the following items need to be checked:
a 减速器是否填加适量的润滑油。
Whether the reducer is filled with the right amount of lubricant.
b 电控装置及电气线路是否正确。
Whether the electronic controls and electrical wiring are correct.
c 点动电动机，观察头尾轮转动方向是否正确。
Inch the motor to see if the head and tail pulleys are rotating in the right
direction.
d 是否悬挂试车警示牌。
Whether to hang the test warning sign.

5.2.2 试运转过程中应该进行下列工作：
The following shall be done during trial run:
a 检查输送机各运转部件有无异常噪音。
Check the operating components of the conveyor for unusual noises.
b 检查各轴承有无异常温升。
Check each bearing for abnormal temperature rise.
c 检查各滚筒、托辊安装是否牢固，转动是否灵活。
Check whether the rollers are firmly installed and whether they rotate flexibly.
d 检查清扫器的清扫效果。
Check the cleaning effect of the cleaner.
e 检查输送带的张紧是否适度。
Check whether the tension of the conveyor belt is moderate.
5.3 调整 Adjustment
5.3.1 调整输送带的跑偏 Adjust conveyor belt running deviation
a 输送带在头部跑偏,调整头部滚筒。
The conveyor belt deviates in the head, adjust rollers in the head section.
b 输送带在尾部跑偏,调整尾部滚筒。
The conveyor belt deviates in the tail, adjust rollers in the tail section.
c 输送带在中部跑偏,调整转向滚筒。
The conveyor belt deviates in the intermediate section, adjust bend pulleys.
5.3.2 调整输送机的拉紧力，使输送机在满载起动及运行时输送带与传动滚
筒间不打滑，并且使输送带在托辊间的垂度小于托辊间距的 1.5%。
Adjust the tension of the conveyor, so that the conveyor and transmission rollers
do not slip when started and operated at full load, make the sag of conveyor belt
between rollers less than 1.5% of the distance of rollers.
5.3.3 调整清扫器橡胶板，使其与输送带完全接触。
Adjust the rubber plate of cleaner, so that it is in full contact with the conveyor
belt.

六、使用和操作 Use and operation

为使输送机能安全正常的工作，必须由有经验的对其进行正确、安全的操作。
To make the conveyor work safely and normally, it must be operated correctly
and safely by experienced personnel.
6.1 开机前须通知与该机相关其他工序。Please inform persons of other related
processes before starting the machine.
6.2 检查该机有无异常，若有异常须做相应处理。观察机旁有无维修人员或
其他人员，若有人则通知其离开。
Check the machine for anomalies, if there are anomalies, it must be solved.
Observe whether there are maintenance personnel or other personnel cloase to the
machine, if yes, inform them to leave.
6.3 该机运行中要有人巡视，若有问题立即停机。
Make inspections when the machine is running, if there is a problem,
immediately shut down.
6.4 设备运行时，严禁清理和检修，不允许接触滚筒、托辊、输送带及驱动
装置等旋转部件，如确实需要，可在停车后进行。
When the machine is running, it’s not allowed to clean and maintain, and it’s not
allowed to contact rotating parts such as rollers, conveyor belts and drives device, if
necessary, please carry out after shutting down the machine.
6.5 因输送机空载启动为宜，故停机前应将物料卸净。
Since it is recommended to start the conveyor with no load, so materials shall be
removed before shutting down.
6.6 填写运行、维修记录，做好交接班工作。
Fill in the operation, maintenance records, carry out perfect shift hand over.
6.7 该设备与其它设备联合使用组成运输系统时，应按要求编制先后启闭的
电气控制系统。
When the machine is used jointly with other equipment to form a transport
system, an electrical control system shall be prepared for successive opening and
closing as required.

七、维护与保养 Maintenance
7.1 班间维护保养 Maintenance per shift
观察减速器油面，及时填加润滑油。及时更换损坏的或运转不灵活的托辊辊
子。及时调整清扫器的橡胶板。及时调整驱动装置上的链条，若有损坏及时更
换。清理粘在滚筒和托辊表面上的物料和清理输送机两旁的洒落物料。
Observe the oil surface of the reducer and fill in the oil in time. Replace damaged
or inflexible rollers in time. Adjust the rubber plate of the cleaner in time. Adjust the
chain on the drive device in time and replace if it is damaged. Clean up the material
that stuck on the surface of the rollers and the spilled material on both sides of the
conveyor.
7.2 小修(一般一年一次) Minor repairs (usually once a year)
清洗减速机,更换润滑油。清洗滚筒轴承座,更换润滑油。更换清扫器橡胶板。
修补输送带。更换损坏的托辊组。
Clean the reducer and replace the lubricant. Clean the roller bearing seat, and
replace the lubricant. Replace the rubber plate of the cleaner. Repair the conveyor belt.
Replace the damaged roller set.
7.3 大修 ( 根据实际情况若干年一次 ) Heavy repair (once every several
years, depending on the actual situation)
减速机拆洗检查,更换严重磨损的零件。更换有重大缺陷且难以修补的滚筒
筒体。各轴承座、轴承进行清洗，有损伤则更换。检查各类机架变形情况，焊缝
有无开裂,根据实况进行整形修复。根据情况修补或更换输送带。
Depart, clean and check the reducer, replace parts that are severely worn.
Replace the rollers with major defects that are difficult to repair. Clean bearing seats
and bearings, replace if damaged. Check all kinds of frames for deformation, whether
the welds are cracked, repair according to the actual situation. Repair or replace the
conveyor belt if necessary.
7.4 润滑 Lubrication
对机械设备各传动部位进行润滑是日常保养的重要内容。
Lubrication of the transmission parts of the machine is an important part of daily
maintenance.

带式输送机是以皮带作为牵引力承载机构的连续运输设备，输送带绕经传动
滚筒和各改向滚筒，由拉紧装置给以适当的张紧力，工作时在驱动装置的驱动下，
通过传动滚筒与运输带之间的摩擦力使运输带运行。物料被连续地加载于运输带
上，并随运输带一起运行，从而实现对物料的输送。本类输送机输送角度一般为
30°，广泛适用于粮食、饲料、生物质能源等行业和部门的散装物料输送。
Belt conveyor is is a continuous transport equipment with belt as a traction
bearing mechanism. The conveyor belt runs through driving pulleys and bend pulleys,
and tension device provides proper tensioning force. During operation, driven by the
drive device, the conveyor belt operates through the friction force between the driving
pulleys and the belt. The material is continuously loaded on the transport belt and runs
with the transport belt for the transport of the materials. The angle for this type of
conveyor is generally 30°, widely used in the transport of particle materials in feed,
fodder, biomass energy and other industries and sectors.

The length of the belt machine can be changed by regulating the sections and
length of intermediate section. The length of the intermediate section can be adjusted
according to the actual needs. If it is a flat inclined belt conveyor, then the foot of the
tilted part needs to be replaced with a support plate, and connected to bracket of tilt

五、安装调试及试运转 Installation, debugging and trial run

5.1 安装 Installation
5.1.1 首先确定输送机的安装中心线和机头的安装位置，将这些基准点在顶
底板相应的位置上标志出来。机架中心线对输送机纵向中心线不重合度不应超过
3 毫米。
First determine the installation centerline of the conveyor and the installation
position of the head, and mark these reference points in the corresponding position of
the top base plate. The misalignment of frame centerline and conveyor longitudinal
centerline shall not be greater than 3 mm.
5.1.2 清理巷道底板，平整驱动装置、传动和卸除装置、机尾等处的巷道底
板，按总图要求，做出地基基础。以便安装输送机的固定部件。

5.1.3 传动装置、驱动装置应按总图提供的尺寸要求打基础安装，或地脚螺
栓固定,基础深度应根据相应地质条件计算，由用户确定。

5.1.4 按顺序将输送机各部件运至该件安装处附近，然后根据已确定的位置

5.1.5 需按下图 7 所示意方向安装皮带，此方向更有利于物料输送。

安装后达到如下要求：安装后托辊上表面应位于同一平面上(水平面或倾面

2.0mm 铺设好上、下段皮带并连接好皮带接头。

5.2 调试 Debugging
5.2.1 输送带跑偏是输送机运转过程中一种不正常现象，必须通过试运转加
以调整，使输送带保持在托辊中部运转。调整输送带跑偏，应在空载运行时进行，
首先从机头卸除滚筒处开始，沿着输送带运行方向先调回空段，后调承载段。
Conveyor belt running deviation is an abnormal phenomenon in the operation of
the conveyor, which must be adjusted through trial run to keep the conveyor belt
running in the middle of the roller. Adjusting the conveyor belt shall be carried out at
the time of no-load operation, begin from where roller is removed, adjust the empty
section along the direction of the conveyor belt operation first, and then adjust the
carrier section.
5.2.2 在运转过程中，若输送带在一处或数处跑偏，则应根据输送机运行方
向和跑偏方向确定跑偏原因，分别调整托辊和各改向滚筒。调托辊时，将输送带
所偏向一侧的一个或数个托辊向前移动而使托辊前倾即可，这种调整虽然方便，
但不能立即产生效果，应观察一段时间后再作判断，若调整后输送带又偏向另一
边，则应在已调整过的托辊中重新进行调整。
During operation, if the conveyor belt deviates in one or more places, analyze the
reason for running deviation according to the direction of operation of the conveyor
and the direction of running deviation, adjust the rollers and bend pulleys respectively.
When adjusting the rollers, bend the roller forward by moving one or several rollers
forward on the side which conveyor belt deviates, convenient as such adjustment is, it
can not immediately take effect, please observe for a while and then make a judgment,
if the conveyor belt deviates to the other side after adjustment, and the adjusted rollers
shall be readjusted.
5.2.3 输送带在滚筒处跑偏时，一般是往哪边偏即往哪边调，调法是通过滚

筒轴承处的调节螺栓来调整滚筒位置。
If the conveyor belt deviates in the roller, in which side it deviates, adjust which
side, adjust the roller position by adjusting the bolts at the roller bearings.
5.2.4 若输送带的一部分或几部分，在输送机所有各点均跑偏，这种情况往
往是输送带本身呈“弓形”或输送带接头弯曲不正所致，弯曲轻微者通过输送机
的满载拉紧输送带有时可以纠正过来，弯曲严重者，弓形部分应更换；输送带接
头不正时应割掉重接，必须保证输送带中心线一致。
If one or several parts of the conveyor belt deviate at all points of the conveyor,
this is often the case that the conveyor belt itself is “bowed” or the conveyor joint is
not bent correctly, the slight bending can be corrected when the conveyor’s full load
conveyor belt, the bow part should be replaced for heavy bending; If the conveyor
belt joint is not correct, cut off and reconnect. The center line of the conveyor belt
must be consistent.
5.2.5 若上述情况同时出现，则先按前两种进行调整，仔细观察输送带运行
若干周期，并经初步调整后就较易于看清输送带的运行情况，以便进一步调整输
送带的跑偏。

5.3 试运转 Trial run

试车前应全面检查安装质量，各润滑部位按规定注油，输送机沿线清除防
碍设备运转的任何障碍，检查电气系统的接点和线路是否正确可靠，各防护设备
是否全部就位，并通知沿线无关人员撤离现场，待检查一切顺利后，发出准备试
车信号，等各点管理人员回复准备就绪后可开始试车。先“点动”启动电动机，
观察滚筒运转方向是否正确，输送带张紧是否合适，然后使输送机进入正常空载
运转，并由沿线工作人员全面检查各部运转情况，然后停机，处理试运转中的有
关问题，解决后即能正常运行。试运转要求达到：
Before trail run, please make a comprehensively inspection on the installation
quality, check whether the lubrication parts are oiled in accordance with the
regulations, clear obstacles that hinder the operation of equipment along the conveyor,
check whether the contacts and lines of the electrical system are correct and reliable,
and whether all protective equipment are in place, inform irrelevant personnel around
to leave the site. When everything goes well, send out the signal of trial run, and the
managers of each point reply that they are ready before starting the trial run. First
“inching” start the motor, observe whether the pulley operation direction is correct,
whether the conveyor belt tension is appropriate, and then make the conveyor operate
with no load, and staff along the line shall fully check the operation of each section,
and then stop the machine, deal with the relevant problems in the trial run, after they
are solved, the machine can operate normally. Trail run shall meet the following

requirements:
5.3.1 输送机运行应平稳可靠，正常负荷运转时不应有不转动托辊存在。
Conveyor operation shall be smooth and reliable, all rollers rotate in normal load
operation.
5.3.2 输送带运行时，其边缘不得超过托辊辊子或滚筒的端缘。
When the conveyor belt is running, its edges shall not exceed the edges of the
rollers or pulleys.
5.3.3 张紧装置应保证调整方便，移动灵活，输送机启动和运行过程中输送
带松紧适度，不得打滑。
Tensioning device shall be easy to adjust, moves flexibly, during the starting and
running of the conveyor, the tension of the belt is appropriate without slipping.
5.3.4 清扫器性能应稳定，清扫效果良好。
The cleaner performance shall be stable and the cleaning effect shall be good.
5.3.5 各机械保护装置反应灵敏可靠。
The mechanical protective devices are responsive and reliable.
六、使用和操作 Use and operations

为确保带式输送机的正常运行，日常的正常使用，精心维护保养，对设备的
使用寿命影响很大，为此必须制定安全操作规程和维护保养制度，进行定期修理
和更换零部件，防止不正确的使用操作造成设备和人身事故。
In order to ensure the normal operation of belt conveyor, daily normal use and
careful maintenance have a great impact the service life of equipment, so safety
operating procedures and maintenance system must be developed, repair and replace
parts regularly to prevent equipment and personal accidents caused by incorrect use.
安全操作规程和合理的维修保养制度均应由用户根据现场实际情况进行认
真制定，制定时应重点考虑下列注意事项。
Safety operating procedures and reasonable maintenance system shall be
carefully prepared by the user according to the actual situation on the spot, the

following precautions shall be taken into account.

6.1 设备的正常使用 Normal use of the equipment
6.1.1 不得将带式输送机用来完成设计规定以外的任务。
Belt conveyors can not be used to finish tasks other than those specified in the
design.
6.1.2 应尽量避免在短时间内频繁启动输送机，正常情况下，输送机要求空
载启动，不允许超载运行。
The conveyor shall not be started frequently in a short period of time, under
normal circumstances, the conveyor requires no-load start, overload operation is not
allowed.
6.1.3 应使各安全报警装置处于完好状态。
The safety alarms shall be in good condition.
6.1.4 通往紧急停机开关的通道应无障碍物，定期检查这些开关是否处于完
好状态。
Access to emergency stop switches shall be barrier-free and check regularly that
they are in good condition.
6.1.5 输送机意外或事故停车再重新启动之前，须预先进行详细检查, 弄清停
车的原因，并排除故障。
Before restarting the conveyor by accident or emergency stop, make a detailed
inspection in advance to find the cause of the stop and remove the fault.

6.2 操作方面注意事项 Precautions in operation
6.2.1 严格按操作规程进行操作。

6.2.2 驱动装置的调整及各种安全保护装置的调整应由专职人员操作进行。

零部件或进行润滑保养。

6.2.5 运行中操作人员应巡回检查，密切注意设备运行情况，特别注意：主
电机升温、噪声，主制动器的动作正常与否、制动轮的接触状态，减速器的油位、
噪声、输送带是否跑偏、及损伤情况，各轴承处的温升和噪声、转载点的转载状
态、漏斗有无阻塞，滚筒、托辊、清扫器、拉紧装置的工作状态，电控设备的工
作状态。

6.3 设备定期检查 Regular check
用户应建立安全定期检查保养制度。检查周期：除日常检修外，小修应每月

2.输送机的主要部件应按使用说明书的规定进行良好的保养，对运动部件和
清扫装置进行经常性的检查、调整、维护和清扫，这些作业应在设备静止并关闭
驱动装置后才能进行。

RP系列带式输送机
一、概述
带式输送机是以皮带作为牵引力承载机构的连续运输设备，输送带绕经传动
滚筒和各改向滚筒，由拉紧装置给以适当的张紧力，工作时在驱动装置的驱动下，
通过传动滚筒与运输带之间的摩擦力使运输带运行。物料被连续地加载于运输带
上，并随运输带一起运行，从而实现对物料的输送。本类输送机输送角度一般为
30°，广泛适用于粮食、饲料、生物质能源等行业和部门的散装物料输送。
1.General Description
Belt conveyor is a continuous transport equipment with belt as a traction bearing

mechanism. The conveyor belt is rotating through the driving roller and the guide
roller, and the tensioning device gives proper tensioning force, and when working,
driven by the driving device, the transport belt runs through the friction between the
driving roller and the transport belt. The materials are continuously loaded on the
transport belt and run together with the transport belt so as to transport the materials.
The conveying slope of this type of conveyor is generally 30°, which is widely
applicable to the conveying of bulk materials in food, feed-stock, biomass energy and
other industries and sectors.

The sprocket on the driving device (motor reducer) is connected with the sprocket on
the driving roller (belt sprocket) to drive the roller to rotate, and the driving roller is
connected with the active driven roller by a belt, so that the whole belt line is
transmitted in the same direction and continuously to the rear end of the belt line
body.

The overall belt length can be changed by adjusting the number and length of the
middle section. The length of the middle section can be adjusted according to the
actual needs of the site. If it is a horizontal and inclined belt conveyor, the footing of
the inclination part should be replaced with a support plate and connected with the
bracket of the inclined part of the belt conveyor through bolts.

The turning section realizes the conversion from the horizontal belt section to the
inclined section, and the slope degree change of the whole horizontal belt can be
changed by adjusting the inclination degree of the turning section, which can be
flexibly applied to the actual production and use.

五、安装调试及试运转
1、安装
1.1 首先确定输送机的安装中心线和机头的安装位置，将这些基准点在顶底
板相应的位置上标志出来。机架中心线对输送机纵向中心线不重合度不应超过 3
毫米。
1.2 清理巷道底板，平整驱动装置、传动和卸除装置、机尾等处的巷道底板，
按总图要求，做出地基基础。以便安装输送机的固定部件。
1.3 传动装置、驱动装置应按总图提供的尺寸要求打基础安装，或地脚
螺栓固定,基础深度应根据相应地质条件计算，由用户确定。
1.4 按顺序将输送机各部件运至该件安装处附近，然后根据已确定的位置按
总图顺序安装。
1.5 需按下图 7 所示意方向安装皮带，此方向更有利于物料输送。

5. Installation, commissioning and test run

1. Installation
1.1 Firstly, the installation center line of the conveyor and the installation position of
the machine head should be decided, and mark these reference points on the
corresponding positions of the top and bottom plates. The mis-alignment degree of the
frame center line to the conveyor longitudinal center line shall not exceed 3 mm.
1.2 Clear the pathway base plate, level the driving device, transmission and unloading
device, baseplate at the pathway at tail and other locations, and make the foundation
according to the general drawing requirements so as to install the fixed parts of the
conveyor.
1.3 The transmission device and driving device shall be installed according to the
dimensional requirements provided by the general layout drawing or fixed by the
foundation bolts. The foundation depth shall be calculated according to the
corresponding geological conditions and determined by the end user.
1.4 Transport all parts of the conveyor nearby the installation place in installation
sequence, and then install them in the sequence of the general layout drawing
according to the confirmed position.
1.5 The belt shall be installed according to the direction indicated in figure 7, which is
more advantageous to material transportation.

2、调试
2.1 输送带跑偏是输送机运转过程中一种不正常现象，必须通过试运转加以
调整，使输送带保持在托辊中部运转。调整输送带跑偏，应在空载运行时进行，
首先从机头卸除滚筒处开始，沿着输送带运行方向先调回空段，后调承载段。
2.2 在运转过程中，若输送带在一处或数处跑偏，则应根据输送机运行方向
和跑偏方向确定跑偏原因，分别调整托辊和各改向滚筒。调托辊时，将输送带所
偏向一侧的一个或数个托辊向前移动而使托辊前倾即可，这种调整虽然方便，但
不能立即产生效果，应观察一段时间后再作判断，若调整后输送带又偏向另一边，
则应在已调整过的托辊中重新进行调整。
1. Trial Operation
2.1 Deviation of conveyor belt is an abnormal phenomenon in the process of

conveyor operation. It must be adjusted through test operation to keep the conveyor
belt running in the middle of the idler. To adjust the deviation of the conveyor belt, it
should be carried out in the no-load operation. Firstly, the machine head should be
removed from the roller, and then along the conveyor belt empty section should be
adjusted, and then the load bearing section should be adjusted.
2.2 During the process of operation, if the conveyor belt is out of alignment at
one or more places, the reasons for the deviation should be determined according to
the running direction and the deviation direction of the conveyor, and the idler and
each guide roller should be adjusted respectively. When the carrier idler is adjusted,
one or more carrier idlers on the side of the conveyor belt are moved forward to make
the carrier idler inclining towards the front side. Although this adjustment is
convenient, it cannot produce an immediate effect, so it should be observed for a

period of time before making a judgment. If the belt is diverted to the other side after
the adjustment, it should be re-adjusted again in the already adjusted carrier idler.
2.3 输送带在滚筒处跑偏时，一般是往哪边偏即往哪边调，调法是通过滚筒
轴承处的调节螺栓来调整滚筒位置。
2.4 若输送带的一部分或几部分，在输送机所有各点均跑偏，这种情况往往
是输送带本身呈“弓形”或输送带接头弯曲不正所致，弯曲轻微者通过输送机的满
载拉紧输送带有时可以纠正过来，弯曲严重者，弓形部分应更换；输送带接头不
正时应割掉重接，必须保证输送带中心线一致。
2.5 若上述情况同时出现，则先按前两种进行调整，仔细观察输送带运行若
干周期，并经初步调整后就较易于看清输送带的运行情况，以便进一步调整输送
带的跑偏。
2.3 When the conveyor belt is deviating at the roller location, it is generally
adjusted to the direction which the belt is deviating towards. The adjustment method
is to adjust the position of the roller through adjusting bolts at the roller bearing.
2.4 If one part or several parts of the conveyor belt are out of alignment at all
points of the conveyor belt, this situation is usually caused by the the conveyor belt
itself forming a “bow” shape or the abnormal bending of the conveyor belt joint. If the
bending is slight, it can be rectified by the tension conveyor belt under the full load of
the conveyor. If the bending is severe, the bow part of the conveyor should be
replaced. When the conveyor belt joint is not properly aligned, it should be cut off and
reconnected, and it should be ensured that the center line of the conveyor belt is
consistent.
2.5 If the above conditions occur at the same time, the conveyor belt should be
adjusted in accordance with the above two conditions to carefully observe several
cycles of operation of the conveyor belt. After the initial adjustment, it will be easier
to observe the operation condition of the conveyor belt, so as to further adjust the
deviation of the conveyor belt.

3、试运转
试车前应全面检查安装质量，各润滑部位按规定注油，输送机沿线清除防
碍设备运转的任何障碍，检查电气系统的接点和线路是否正确可靠，各防护设备
是否全部就位，并通知沿线无关人员撤离现场，待检查一切顺利后，发出准备试
车信号，等各点管理人员回复准备就绪后可开始试车。先“点动”启动电动机，观
察滚筒运转方向是否正确，输送带张紧是否合适，然后使输送机进入正常空载运
转，并由沿线工作人员全面检查各部运转情况，然后停机，处理试运转中的有关
问题，解决后即能正常运行。试运转要求达到：
3.1 输送机运行应平稳可靠，正常负荷运转时不应有不转动托辊存在。
3.2 输送带运行时，其边缘不得超过托辊辊子或滚筒的端缘。
3.3 张紧装置应保证调整方便，移动灵活，输送机启动和运行过程中输送带
松紧适度，不得打滑。
3.4 清扫器性能应稳定，清扫效果良好。
3.5 各机械保护装置反应灵敏可靠。

3. Test run
Installation quality should be thoroughly inspected before the unit test run, and
every lubrication parts should be injected with oil in accordance with the provisions,
and any obstacles should be cleared along the conveyor equipment which obstructs
the equipment operation, and check whether the contact and the circuit of the electric
system is correct and reliable, and the protective equipment are prepared in place, and
inform the irrelevant personnel to evacuate the scene, and after all checking work is
conducted smoothly, the ready for test signal should be released, and wait for reply
each position management staff to respond with ready to start trial run. Firstly,
kick-start and stop the motor to observe whether the roller is running in the right
direction and whether the conveyor belt is properly tensioned. Then, the conveyor will
enter into normal no-load operation, and the staff on watch along the line will
comprehensively check the operation of each part, and then stop the machine and
solve the relevant problems in the test run, and then it can operate normally after the
detected problems is solved. Target requirements for test run is as the followings:
3.1 The operation of the conveyor should be stable and reliable, and there should
not be any idlers which are not in the rotation state during normal load operation.
3.2 When the conveyor belt is running, its edge shall not exceed the end edge of
the carrier idler or roller.
3.3 The tensioning device shall ensure that it is easy to adjust and flexible to
move. The belt shall be properly tensioned during the start-up and operation of the
conveyor and shall not slip.
3.4 The performance of the sweeper should be stable and the cleaning effect is
good.
3.5 Each mechanical protection device should be sensitive and reliable.
六、使用和操作
为确保带式输送机的正常运行，日常的正常使用，精心维护保养，对设备的
使用寿命影响很大，为此必须制定安全操作规程和维护保养制度，进行定期修理
和更换零部件，防止不正确的使用操作造成设备和人身事故。
安全操作规程和合理的维修保养制度均应由用户根据现场实际情况进行认
真制定，制定时应重点考虑下列注意事项

In order to ensure the normal operation of the belt conveyor, daily normal use,
careful maintenance has a great impact to the service life of the equipment, so it is
necessary to formulate the safe operation rules and maintenance system to conduct
periodical repair and replacement of parts and to prevent incorrect operation which
will caused the equipment and manpower accidents.
The safety operation rules and reasonable maintenance system should be carefully
formulated by the user according to the actual situation on the site. During its
drafting, the following key items should be paid attention to:
1. 设备的正常使用
1.1 不得将带式输送机用来完成设计规定以外的任务。
1.2 应尽量避免在短时间内频繁启动输送机，正常情况下，输送机要求空载
启动，不允许超载运行。
1.3 应使各安全报警装置处于完好状态。
1.4 通往紧急停机开关的通道应无障碍物，定期检查这些开关是否处于完好
状态。
1.5 输送机意外或事故停车再重新启动之前，须预先进行详细检查, 弄清停
车的原因，并排除故障。

of time. Under normal circumstances, the conveyor shall be started with zero load and

1.4 The access pathway connecting to the emergency stop switch shall be free of
obstacles, and the switches shall be checked periodically to see if they are in good

1.5 Before the re-start up of the conveyor when it is stopped by emergency or accident,
a detailed inspection shall be carried out in advance to make clear the reasons for the
unplanned outage and to eliminate faults.
1.6 Protective fences shall be installed at the pressurized grind locations and the lower
part of the hammer tensioning device that is easily accessible to manpower.
1.7 The user shall pay attention to ensure that the conveyor is uniform distributed in
material feeding and try to avoid overload.
1.8 It is strictly prohibited for the conveyor to be passengers carrier. Users should use
the conveyor in strict accordance with the operating rules.
1.9 Before the conveyor is shut down normally, all the materials on the conveyor must
be discharged before the power supply can be cut off.

blockage in the hopper, roller, roller, cleaning device, tension device working

6.滚筒胶面磨损量检查，严重磨损应重新铸胶；

9.检查滚筒焊接部位有无裂纹，如有则采取措施进行修补；
10.装载点应保证物料卸在胶带的中间位置，不允许在较大的高度内直接装
卸，以防砸伤皮带和引起皮带跑偏。

10. The loading point shall ensure that the material is discharged in the middle of
the belt, and it is not allowed to load and unload directly in a large height, so as to

生熟石灰等潮湿易堵塞物料的专用筛分设备，也适用于焦化厂、建材、冶金、化
工、矿山、面粉厂、饲料厂、生物质等行业，它像其他预清理设备的作用一样，
主要用于清除出大的杂质，如稻草、麦秸、麻绳、纸片、土块、玉米叶、玉米棒、
碎石等类似的废弃物，使下道工序的机器设备，输送装置等免生故障或遭致损坏。
它克服了各种振动筛在筛分较湿物料时出现的筛网粘堵问题，提高了筛分系统的
产量和可靠性。可根据客户使用物料特性，配备合适的筛网，将不符合要求的物

SCY type series cyclindrical screen, is special screening equipmen which is
suitable for wet easily blocked materials such as feed, wood chips, sawdust, feed, raw
coal, coal washery rejects, and coke slaked lime, and also suitable for industries such
as coking plant, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, flour mills,
feed mills, biomass and so on, and it is similar to the other pre cleaning equipment in
function, which is mainly used to remove the impurities, such as straw, wheat straw,

3.1 主要结构 Main structure
圆筒初清筛的主要结构如图所示：它由链轮、摆线针轮减速机、机
架、机身、上盖、传动轴、筛筒、进料口、出料口等零部件构成。

outlet 2, because of cylindrical screen is reducer, when the transmission shaft is
mounted horizontally, the cylindrical screen will form into a certain degree of slope
and wood chips enter the cylindrical screen continuously and under the action of
inclination and centrifugal force, particles drops into the outlet 1 for discharge ;

4.1 设备安装布置 Equipment installation and layout

4.1.2 安装前对机器应进行全面的检查，检查各部位有无因运输及保管等方
面的原因造成机件松动，损坏现象，保证摆线针轮减速机的输出轴与传动轴平行，

两只传动链轮中心线对正，以及检查链条的松紧度；
4.1.2 检查基础，要求地面平整，坚实，按常规清理，找平、放线；设备安
装前应将左右两侧安装基础找平，设备安装后应保证，支承底脚找平，调整稳固。
4.1.3 设备与周边应留适当距离，保证操作及维修空间；
4.1.4 检查电机接线是否正确，电机转向可根据用户要求方向旋转。
4.1.5 设备起吊时，根据设备设定的吊点进行吊装，不得将钢丝绳套在传动
轴上，以免造成结构变形和损坏；

carried out in the following sequence:
4.1.2 Before installation, the machine should be fully inspected to check if any
parts are loose and damaged due to non transportation or storage reasons. The
parallelness between the output shaft of the cycloid gear reducer and the driving shaft
should be ensured and the center line of the two driving sprockets should be aligned,
and the tightness of the chain should be checked.
4.1.2 The foundation should be checked and require the ground to be flat and
solid. Cleaning, levelling and set-out work should be conducted according to the
routine regulation; Before the equipment is installed, the left and right sides of the
installation foundation shall be leveled. After the equipment is installed, it shall be
ensured that the supporting foot shall be leveled and adjusted stably.
4.1.3 Proper distance shall be kept between the equipment and the surroundings
to ensure operation and maintenance space;
4.1.4 Check whether the motor wiring is correct, and the motor rotation direction
is as per the user's requirements.
4.1.5 When lifting the equipment, elevator shall be carried out according to the
lifting point set by the equipment, and the steel wire rope shall not be covered on the
transmission shaft to avoid structural deformation and damage;

4.2 调试注意项 Attention items during Debugging

4.2.1 安装完毕后，空车通电试运转，不少于 30min，检查筛筒转向是否与
标牌指向一致，各密封部位是否密封可靠，有无异常响声，如无异常，可缓慢加
料运转，观察无异常后方可正常进料生产；
4.2.2 试运转时间不得少于 4 小时，设备应起动平稳、迅速、工作稳定可靠，
不得上下产生振动，工作时不得有异常噪音；如果产生不正常声音，应停车检查
轴传动轴承位置是否有松动，减速机输出链轮与滚筒链轮是否咬合合理；各支承
装置联接螺栓是否松动，紧固后再重新启动。
4.2.3 检查减速机内注油和筛筒固定情况，运行初期， 4-8 小时后紧固一遍，
检查各螺栓固定是否有松动；
4.2.4 开机四小时，减速机温升渐增，然后保持恒定，减速机最高温升不超
过 70°C ，减速机温升过高的原因可能是润滑油加入量过多或过少，润滑油不符
合规定，环境温度过低地区，请咨询本公司，应逐个排除故障后重新启动。
4.2.1 After the installation, the power source should be connected in idle run
condition for no less than 30min. Check whether the screen barrel guide is consistent
with the direction of the label, whether the sealing parts are reliable and whether there
is any abnormal sound. If there is no abnormality, the feeding operation can be done
gradually.
4.2.2 The test run time shall not be less than 4 hours. The equipment shall be
started steadily, rapidly and work stably and reliably. No vibration shall be generated
in the upper and lower part. If abnormal sound is produced, stop and check whether
the bearing position of the shaft drive is loose, and whether the output sprocket of the
reducer and the roller sprocket are engaged reasonably. If the connecting bolt of each
supporting device is loose, it shall be restarted after being tightened.
4.2.3 Check the oil injection condiiton of the reducer and cylindrical screen
fixing condition. At the beginning of operation, tighten the reducer again after 4-8
hours, and check whether the bolts are loose. The maximum temperature rise of the
reducer does not exceed 70°C. The reason for the high temperature rise of the reducer
may be that too much or too little lubricating oil is added, the lubricating oil does not

conform to the regulations, and the environment temperature is too low. Please
consult the company and restart the reducer after troubleshooting one by one.
五、设备操作与维护 Equipment operation and maintenance

5.1 操作规程 Operating rules
5.1.1 操作人员应熟悉设备结构和工作原理，遵守现场的操作、维修、安全
与卫生规定。
5.1.2 操作人员在工作前应阅读值班记录，并进行设备的总检查，检查滚筒
筛与支承装置联接螺栓是否松动，减速机中是否缺油，检查滚筒筛上所有联接螺
栓紧固情况。
5.1.3 工作运转：用视、听觉检查减速器和筛网工作情况。停车后应用手触
摸或用温度计检测，检查减速器及电动机轴承温升。
5.1.4 工作中如机器产生故障，应立即停机检查，待故障解除后再重新启动；
5.1.5 每工作班应对筛网及周围环境进行清理，并把当班设备运行情况和发
现的故障记入值班记录，记录中应注明零部件的损伤情况及减速器注油日期。
5.1.1 Operators should be familiar with the structure and working principle of the

reducer and screen with visual and auditory inspection. Check the temperature rise of
the reducer and motor bearings by hand or by thermometer after shutdown.
5.1.4 In case of the machine failure during operation, it shall be shut down
immediately for inspection and restart after the trouble is removed;
5.1.5 The screen mesh and surroundings shall be cleaned in each shift, and the

equipment operation and faults found on the shift shall be recorded in the on-duty
record, in which the damage of parts and components and the date of the reducer oil
filling shall be indicated.
5.2 设备维护 Equipment maintenance

5.2.1 电动机与减速器以及轴承等需要润滑的部分需定期检查以及及时注
油；
5.2.2 筛筒每天停机后需要检查是否有残余料停留，定期检查筛孔是否堵住
影响效率，需定期检查是否磨损严重，若磨损严重需要更换；
5.2.3 定期更换磨损的链轮、链条、更换支撑轴承、更换损坏的螺栓，修理
筛网构件的破损等。筛网连接处应避免发生应力集中，因此不允许在这些构件上
随意施以焊接。
5.2.4 支撑轴承磨损情况，当发现轴承已经失效时，将轴承拆出。然后清洗
轴颈，将新轴承装上。拆卸时拆下的零件应排放整齐，注意防尘。新轴承装配前
应把轴承座内防锈油清洗干净，注上要求的轴承润滑脂才能装配使用。
5.2.5 设备应该先开机空转，运转正常后才可进料，进流量应均匀适当；停
机需先停止喂料，待物料走完再停机，禁止物料长时间停留在设备中。
5.2.1 Motor, reducer, bearing and other parts to be lubricated shall be checked

5.2.4 Regarding the supporting bearing wearing condition, when the bearing is
found to have been worn out, it shall be removed. Then clean the journal and install

the new bearing.The 5.2.5 disassembled parts should be arranged neatly and please
pay attention to the dustproofness. Before assembling the new bearing, the anti-rust
oil inside the bearing seat should be cleaned and greased with the required bearing
grease and then should be assembled and used.
5.2.5 The equipment should be started up and put into idle run, and the feeding
can be carried out after normal operation. The feeding flow should be uniform and
appropriate; Stop feeding first, and shut down the machine only the material is all fed.
Do not allow the material to stay in the equipment for a long time;
六、安全注意事项 Safety precautions

6.1 常规注意事项 General precautions
本机器中的一些设备带有危险电压，而且有带有危险电压的转动机件。如果
不遵守警告的规定，或不按本手册的要求进行操作，就有可能造成死亡，严重的
人身伤害或重大的财产损失。
6.1.1 只有经过认证合格的人员才允许操作本机器，并且在使用本机器之前
要熟悉本手册中所有的安全说明和有关安装，操作和维护的规定。正确地进行搬
运、装卸、安装和操作维护，是实现本机器安全和成功的投入运行的可靠保证。
6.1.2 防止儿童或公众接触或接近本机器；
6.1.3 操作工要留短发或将头发放入安全帽内，避免发生危险，造成事故；
6.1.4 本设备只能按照规定的用途来使用，未经授权的改装，我公司不保证
机器的正常运转。
6.1.5 配备急救箱，受伤时要立即救治，不要忽视可能引起感染的小划伤和
烫伤。
6.1.6 在安装和调试机器之前，请务必仔细阅读这些安全规则和警告，以及
机器上粘贴的所有警告标志。确保警告标志置于醒目的地方，并更换已脱落或损
坏的标志。

6.1.2 Children or the public are prevented from contacting or approaching the
machine;
6.1.3 Operators should keep short hair or put all hair in the safety helmet to avoid

6.1.4 The equipment can only be used for the specified purpose. If it is modified
without authorization of our company, the normal operation of the machine is not
guaranteed.
6.1.5 First-aid kit should be equipped, and the injury should be treated
immediately, do not ignore minor cuts and burns that may cause infection.
6.1.6 Before installation and debugging of the machine, ensure that these safety
rules and warnings are read carefully, as well as all warning signs posted on the
machine. Make sure warning signs are in a prominent place and replace signs that
have fallen off or are damaged.
6.2 防火注意事项 Precautions for fire prevention

6.2.1 应立即清除润滑油或溢出的其它易燃物质；
6.2.2 杜绝一切可燃物质，在察看或加注润滑油时，严禁附近吸烟。
6.2.3 在机器进行维修或清洁时，应切断所有电源。
6.2.4 确保电气线路（包括接线端子和接触器）正常。如果电线有破损，划
伤和绝缘性降低、线头陈旧、脱色、腐蚀等情况，应更换电线。保持线头和接
触器的清洁。
6.2.5 将导电性物体远离暴露的电器部分（入接线端子），以免放电产生电

火花。
6.2.6 维修时若要焊接，请将附近的易燃、易爆等物品移至安全处，以免发
生事故。
6.2.7 清除设备附近的油布，废纸等易燃物质。
6.2.8 放置灭火器于设备附近。
6.2.9 设备处于任何状态（停机或运行）都不得将水溅入配电箱、面板操作
箱、电机、安全开关等电气设备内，以免发生短路等事故。

6.2.6 If welding is required during maintenance, please move inflammable,
explosive and other items nearby to a safe place to avoid accidents.
6.2.7 Remove flammable substances such as tarps and waste paper near the
equipment.

一、概述Overview
1.1 简介 General introduction
TDTG 系列斗式提升机是专门用于连续垂直输送物料的设备，适用于粉末、
颗粒和小片形状等材料需要连续垂直升降的场合。它广泛应用于饲料，粮油，食
品，化工，建材，粮库，港口码头等行业。
TDTG series bucket elevator is especially used for conveying of materials on
continuous basis in vertical direction, which is suitable for conveying of powder,
particle and minor flaky shape and other materials on continuous vertical lifting basis.
It is widely used in feed stock, grain oil, food, chemical industry, building materials,
grain warehouse, shipping port and other industries.
1.2 特点 Features
其外观设计新颖，工作安全可靠，结构简单，功能齐全，密封性好，噪声小
以及安装维修方便。其高产量，低回流，低故障率和使用寿命长保证了使用效率。
由于提升高度和产量可调，工艺布置灵活，增强了其适应性，为目前一种理想的

（3）采用高强度塑料畚斗，故畚斗使用寿命长，满载系数可靠；

（5）底座上有圆弧型调节板、侧开门结构，保证底部残留最少；
（6）该机装有止逆器，当停电时，提升机突然停止运转，物料不会倒灌到
提升机底部，减少扒料。当检修时，由于止退作用，皮带不会倒转，确保检修人
员的安全；
（7）畚斗与皮带之间加装垫圈，防止了夹料的产生。
Its appearance design is ingeniously modern, with safe and reliable operation,
and the structure is simple with complete function and excellent the sealingness, low
noise level and convenient installation and maintenance. It is of high output capacity,

low material return ratio, low failure rate and its long service life ensures the
operation efficiency. As the elevation as well as the output is adjustable, the technical
process layout is flexible, which enhances its adaptability, so it is an ideal hoisting
equipment at present.
Main performance features:
(1) Compact structure, small cross section size, saving occupied space;
(2) High elevation, large conveying output, low power consumption, good
sealing and high efficiency;
(3) High-strength plastic bucket is adopted, so the service life of the bucket is
long and the full load coefficient is reliable;
(4) Strong bucket belt is adopted, with large tensile strength, low elongation and

(5) The base plate is equipped with arc-shaped adjustment plate and side gate
opening structure is furnished to ensure the minimum residue at the bottom;
(6) The machine is equipped with check return device. When the power is cut off,
the bucket elevator will stop running suddenly and the material will not be poured into
the bottom of the elevator to reduce the material. During maintenance, due to the
check return function, the belt will not roll in the reverse direction, to ensure the
safety of maintenance personnel;
(7) Washer are furnished between the bucket and the belt to prevent the
occurrence of material clamping.

该机的工作原理是畚斗带环绕于头轮和尾轮之间，在畚斗带的全长上，每隔
一定距离用畚斗螺钉固定着盛料用的畚斗。为防止物料抛散和灰尘飞扬，全部构
件用外壳密封，由驱动电机通过头轮转动带动畚斗带运转。在斗式提升机工作时，
物料由进料口进入机座，然后畚斗将物料提升到机头处，在畚斗绕过头轮时，物
料即被抛出，并从卸料口流出提升机外。
The working principle of this machine is that the bucket belt is wound around the

head wheel and the tail wheel. On the whole length of the bucket belt, the bucket
screw shall be used for holding the material for fixing the material carrying bucket at
a certain distance. In order to prevent materials from being scattered and flying dust
dissipation, all components are sealed with the shell, and the drive motor drives the
bucket belt to run through the head wheel. When the bucket elevator works, the
material enters into the machine seat through the feed inlet, and then the bucket lifts
the material to the machine head. When the bucket travels around the head wheel, the
material is thrown out and discharged out of the elevator through the discharge port.

四、安装、检查、试运行 Installation, inspection and trial

1.提升机应该垂直安装，先将机座固定在可靠的基础上，然后在机座上依次
连接机筒，最后连接机头和安装减速电机，最高安装直线与垂线误差不得超过
15mm。
2.整机安装校直后，机筒在穿过楼层处必须与楼板固定，若附着物，应安设
支承机壳的支架，以防止整个机器倾斜和位移。
3.机筒连接允许垫入密封垫，以保证密封。
4.提升机的畚斗按要求安装在畚斗带上，装好畚斗的畚斗带两端分别从机头
放入。绕过头轮和尾轮轮。在装置畚斗带时。应将尾轮调至最高位置。
5.校正头轮轴至水平，并使头轮轴和尾轮轴位于统一垂直平面内。
6.斗式提升机为垂直输送设备，头轮、尾轮、机筒的中心线应力求在同一铅
垂线上，其偏差每米长度不超过 2 毫米，积累偏差不超过 8 毫米。
7.料斗装于提升机内，不应有偏斜造成碰撞机壳现象发生。
8.当提升机安装完毕后，应向各润滑部位加注润滑油，进行空载试车，空载
试车正常后，方可进行负载试车和投入生产。
1. The elevator shall be installed vertically. Firstly, fix the pedestal on a reliable
basis, then connect the bucket body on the pedestal in turn, and finally connect the

The max. error between the vertical line and droop line for installation shall not
exceed 15mm
2. After the machine is installed and rectified, the machine must be fixed with the
floor plate when it passes through the floor. If it is attached to something, bracket
should be furnished to support the machine shell to prevent the whole machine from
inclination and displacement.
3. Sealing gasket is allowed for bucket body connection to ensure sealing.
4. The bucket of the elevator is installed on the bucket belt according to the
requirements, and the two ends of the bucket belt are put in from the machine head

respectively.Go around the head and tail wheels.When the bucket is installed, the tail
wheel should be set to the highest position.
5. The head wheel shaft should be calibarated to the horizontal levellness and the
position the head wheel shaft and tail wheel shaft should be in a uniform vertical
plane surface.
6. Bucket elevator is a vertical conveying equipment. The center line of the head
wheel, tail wheel and bucket body should be on the same plumb line with the
deviation no more than 2 mm per meter with the accumulated deviation not more than
8 mm.
7. The hopper is installed in the elevator, and the shell collision caused by the
deviation and deflection should be avoided .
8. When the elevator is installed, lubricating oil should be filled to each
lubricating part for no-load test. Only after the no-load test is normal, the load test
could be carried out and the machine could be put into production.
五、安全操作及维护修养 Safe operation and maintenance

5.1 安全操作 Safe operation
（1）在启动电机空试前，应拆下止逆装置，调整转向后再安装止逆装置。
（2）严格遵守提升机开车和停车程序，供料不能先于启动，且不能大于提
升机的提升能力，不得有大块物料落入机尾中使畚斗卡死。
（3）给料应均匀的，以免机座内部被粮食堵塞。当回料过多时，必须立即
停止进料，拉开插板，清除机座内堵塞物料（严禁将手伸进机座内扒料），待料
斗带运转正常后再重新进料。
（4）检查壳体内是否有异物，如焊条、边角料。
（5）停车前，应先停止进料，待物料基本卸空后才能停车。
(1) Before the idle rotation test of the motor, remove the check return device and

(2) The starting and parking procedures of the elevator should be strictly
followed. The material feeding shall not be preceding the startup of the machine and

its feeding capacity shall not be more than that of the elevator. No large material shall

(3) Feeding should be uniform, so as to avoid the internal block of the machine.
When too much material is returned, the feeding must be stopped immediately, the
paritition should be pulled open, and the blocked materials in the machine pedestal
should be cleared (it is forbidden to put your hand into the machine pedestal to pick
up the material). The feeding should be resumed after the hopper belt operates
normally.
(4) The entry of the foreign body should be checked inside the shell, such as
electrode and scrap.
(5) Before shutdown, the feeding shall be stopped and the shutdown shall not be
allowed until the materials are basically discharged out.
5.2 维护和保养 Maintenance and repair

为延长设备使用寿命，保证正常运转，应对紧固件等定期进行检查，发现磨
损或变形的零件应即时修理或更换，并注意保持轴承有良好的润滑，轴承温升是
否正常，畚斗带是否跑偏，皮带张紧是否适宜等。
（1）提升机设备的日常维护：有计划地做好设备的润滑、日检及清洁工作，
落实“清洁、润滑、紧固、调整”八字方针。及时检查和有计划的修理工作，可延
长提升机使用寿命也可为提升机的维修打下良好基础，大大减少维修次数和费
用。
（2）提升机设备的定期检查：提升机的检查工作分为日检、周检和月检，
应针对各提升机的性能、结构特点、工作条件以及维修经验来制定检修的具体内
容，检查结果和修理内容均应记入检修记录簿，并由检修负责人签字。如检查各
部分的连接零件（如螺栓、铆钉、销轴等是否松动）；观察减速器齿轮的啮合情
况；检查润滑系统的供油情况及制动系统的工作状况是否正常；检查各转动部分
的稳定性，如轴承是否振动，各部机座和基础螺栓(螺钉)是否松动等等。

bearing is kept well lubricated, if the temperature rise of the bearing is normal, if the
bucket belt is out of alignment, if the belt is properly tensioned, etc.
(1) Daily maintenance of the hoist equipment: lubrication, daily inspection and
cleaning of the equipment shall be carried out in a planned way, and the
eight-characters policy of "cleaning, lubrication, fastening and adjustment" shall be
implemented. Timely inspection and planned repair work can extend the service life
of the elevator and lay a good foundation for the maintenance of the elevator, greatly
reducing the maintenance frequency and cost.
(2) Periodic inspection of elevator equipment: the inspection work of elevator is
divided into daily inspection, weekly inspection and monthly inspection. Specific
contents of maintenance and repair shall be formulated according to the performance,
structural characteristics, working conditions and maintenance experience of each
elevator. The inspection results and repair contents shall be recorded in the
maintenance record book and signed by the maintenance person in charge. For
example, the connecting parts of each part should be checked (such as bolts, rivets,
pin shafts, etc., are loose); the meshing condition of reducer gear should be inspected;
the oil supply condition of the lubrication system and the working condition of the
braking system should be checked whether to be normal; the stability of the rotating
parts should be checked, such as if the bearings are of severe vibration, and if the
pedestal and foundation bolts (screws) are loose, etc.

1.运输到目的地后，应检查冷却器有无损坏以及变形，紧固件有无松动或者
脱落等。
2.用水平仪将卸料机构调至水平位置，将支撑脚下面填实。
3.ZDB 系列逆流式冷却器应该坚固的水平基础上安装，并用地脚螺栓紧固，
如车间地面结实平整，可不另外做基础，可直接用膨胀螺栓或者其他固定方式固
定在地面上。

1.1 产品简介 Product introduction
简易脉冲又称袋式除尘器，是一种干式滤尘装置。它适用于捕集细小、干燥、
非纤维性粉尘。滤袋采用纺织的滤布或非纺织的毡制成，利用纤维织物的过滤作
用对含尘气体进行过滤，当含尘气体进入袋式除尘器后，颗粒大、比重大的粉尘，
由于重力的作用沉降下来，落入灰斗，含有较细小粉尘的气体在通过滤料时，粉
尘被阻留，使气体得到净化。适用于铸造、金属加工、耐火材料、陶瓷、玻璃、
水泥、矿料、塑料、化工等行业以及其他有粉尘问题的场所。
该机可配抛丸机，及砂机、粉碎机、筛砂机、混砂机等粉尘浓度较高的设备
除尘，实践证明袋式除尘器运行稳定，噪音小，除尘效率高，操作维修方便。
除尘器布袋是决定袋式除尘器除尘效率和工作温度的关键配件，更换滤袋的
费用又是袋式除尘器的主要维修费用，因此滤袋工作寿命关系到除尘器的运行状
态和成本，选择合适的滤料和设计合理的结构就尤为重要了。选择滤料应根据气
体的温度、湿度和化学特性；颗料物的大小、重量、外形、有否啄磨性以及含尘
浓度、过滤速度、清灰方式、排放浓度和袋式除尘器的工作制度等因素综合考虑。

存在污水处理或泥浆处理问题，收集的粉尘容易回收利用；
（4）使用灵活。可以作为直接设于室内、机床附近的小型机组，也可做成
大型的除尘室；
（5）结构比较简单、占地面积小、运行比较稳定、初始投资较少、能耗少、
维护方便，有较高的经济效益；

（2）有的烟气含水分较多，或者所携粉尘有较强的吸湿性，往往导致滤袋
黏结、堵塞滤料。为保证袋式除尘器正常工作，必须采取必要的保温措施以保证
气体中的水分不会凝结。
（3）某些类型的袋式除尘器工人工作条件差，检查和更换滤袋时，需要进
入箱体。

3.滤袋的安装情况，在使用后是否有掉袋、松口、磨损等情况发生
4.要注意袋室结露情况是否存在，排灰系统是否畅通。防止堵塞和腐蚀发生，
积灰严重时会影响主机的生产。
5.清灰周期及清灰时间的调整，这项工作是左右捕尘性能和运转状况的重要
因素。清灰时间过长，将使附着粉尘层被清落掉，成为滤袋泄漏和破损的原因。
如果清灰时间过短，滤袋上的粉尘尚未清落掉，就恢复过滤作业，将使阻力很快
地恢复并逐渐增高起来，最终影响其使用效果。

三、维护和保养
3.1 安装要求：
1.设备在安装时，必须有足够的安装、操作及卸铁空间。
2.设备在安装时必须落地安装，注意安装时切勿碰撞到除铁器的任何部位，
以免造成部件损害，影响正常使用。
3.选好安装位置后，制作除铁器支腿，确保磁芯离物料在工作距离之内，保
证效率。
安装完毕后通电运行，实验皮带是否跑偏。皮带的松弛度不要低于除铁器
30-40mm，刚开始使用时皮带可能会出现跑偏现象，所以待皮带磨合一定的时
间，即正常运转请经常检查皮带运行情况，防止皮带偏向一侧造成电机驱动负
荷加大而烧毁。

异常时，应立即断电进行检查，待查明原因排除故障后，方可投入运行。
2、设备投入正常运行后，经常检查零件是否有松动，如有松动则紧固。
3、除铁器的传动方式采用链条式传动，在使用过程中要经常加润滑油进行
润滑，否则会加剧链轮与链条之间的摩擦，缩短使用寿命。
4、在使用中发现卸铁皮带有损坏时要及时修补或更换。
5、滚筒轴承润滑采用 2＃钙润滑脂，更换周期按使用情况及经验确定，一
般不能超过 9 个月，更换时以添满轴承壳体内空间 1/2-1/3 为宜。

气力输送专用刹克龙除尘器是利用旋转气流产生的离心力使尘粒从气流中
分离的，用来分离粒径大于 10 m 的尘粒。利用气流宏观运动可分：外涡旋、内
涡旋、上涡旋。一般用在粒子较大，除尘效率不太高的场合而浓度较高时可作为
初级处理也可串联使用。旋风除尘器在机械、建材、轻工、冶金、化工、石油等
行业得到广泛应用。经过理想与实践研究表明，旋风除尘器的动力消耗中，有相
当大的一部分无益于分离，属于纯消耗能量损失。

Upper vortex: when the airflow rotates downward at high speed from the top of
the dust collector, the pressure on the top drops. Some of the airflow will take fine
dust particles and rotate upward along the outer wall surface. After reaching the top,
the airflow rotates downward along the discharge pipe and is discharged from the
discharge pipe.
The airflow movement in cyclone separators is very complicated, in addition to
tangential and axial motion, there is also radial motion.Here, the upvortex is not
conducive to dust removal.

利因素。另外，有的因素对于提高除尘效率有利，但却会增加压力损失，因而对
各因素的调整必须兼顾。

会增大，但筒体高度增加，外旋流中向心力的径向速度使部分细小粉尘进入内旋
流的机会增大，从而又降低了除尘效率，所以，筒体总高度一般为圆筒直径的 4
倍为好。

1.要正确熟悉旋风除尘器性能，选用合理的进口风速和处理量，进口风速一

4.1 旋风除尘器启动前的准备工作

（2）检查旋风除尘器与烟道，除尘器与灰斗，灰斗与排灰装置、输灰装置
等结合部的气密性，消除漏灰、漏气现象。
（3）关小挡板阀，启动通风机、无异常现象后逐渐开大挡板阀，以便除尘
器通过规定数量的含尘气体。

TBDQ 系列气动三通采用标准型气缸，利用接入的气压源推动气缸活塞杆
伸缩而带动翻板切换左、右出料口，做往复运动，利用电控系统通过气缸上面
的磁性开关来实现板开闭位置。气力传动平稳可靠、开关门动作灵活。值得一

TBDQ series pneumatic tee-junction uses standard cylinders, uses the air
pressure source to push the piston rod of the cylinder to move and drive the plate to
switch the left and right outlet, and do reciprocating movement, uses the electronic
control system to open and close the plate through the magnetic switch above the
cylinder. The pneumatic drive is smooth and reliable, can open and close the door
flexibly. It is worth mentioning that: the angle of the flip plate can be adjusted by the
magnetic switch on the cylinder, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating the
throughput.

4.1 设备安装、调试 Equipment installation and debugging
4.1.1 为防止运输和保管中受外力引起三通壳体变形，三通在运输中宜立放；
气缸需单独包装，避免缸体承受载荷导致变形；设备安装前应检查各元件装配
完整，无松动；

4.1.2 安装气缸时，保证缸体不变形，气缸安装底座有足够强度，不允许负
载和活塞杆的连接处使用电焊；

cylinder seat has sufficient strength, welding is not allowed to be used in the
connection of the load and piston rod;
4.1.4 设备与外部连接，如管道之类的，应密封良好，无漏现象；

4.1.5 为供给气缸合格的气压源，延长气缸使用寿命，在气源管路上应串联
气源处理三联件，在油雾器中，注满容积 2/3 的润滑油；

2.2 性能简介 Performance introduction

（1）引射喷嘴是此脉冲袋式除尘器的关键部件。由于采用了引射喷嘴，
其过滤风速比一般通用型脉冲袋式除尘器有所提高至 4m/min，处理风量也
随之增加。
The ejector nozzle is the key component of this pulse bag dust collector.
Thanks to the ejector nozzle, the filter wind speed is increased to 4m/min
compared with the general pulse bag dust collector, and air volume is also
increased.
喷嘴它由带连接管环形通道的上体和起喷射作用的下体组成，上下体之
间有一狭窄的环形缝隙。清灰时压缩空气切向进入引管的环形通道，并以声
速由环形缝隙喷出，从而在引管上部形成一个真空诱导二次气流。这种高速
高压的脉冲气流作用在滤袋上，产生瞬间的逆向流动，冲击滤袋，使滤袋
急剧膨胀。当脉冲动作结束后，滤袋又恢复正常过滤（滤袋处于吸瘪状态）。
这种滤袋经几次脉冲动作产生几次胀、瘪过程，从而将沉积在滤袋表面的粉
尘抖落，掉入灰斗，以达到清灰目的。
The nozzle consists of an upper body with a pipe ring channel and a lower
body for spraying, there is a narrow annular gap between the upper and lower
bodies. The compressed air tangentially enters the ring channel of the pipe and is
ejected from the annular gap at the speed of sound, forming a vacuum to induce
secondary airflow on the upper part of the pipe. Such pulse with high speed and
high pressure acts on the filter bag, producing instantaneous reverse flow,
impacting the filter bag and making it expand sharply. When the pulse action is
over, the filter bag resumes normal filtration (the filter bag is deflated). The filter

bag is expanded and deflated several times by pulse actions to shake off the dust
deposited on the surface of the filter bag, and dust drops into the dust hopper.
（2）双模片脉冲阀它由阀体、中阀体、阀盖、主膜片及控制膜片组成。
压缩空气进入脉冲阀室，同时通过节流孔分别流入各室中，各室的气压因
电磁阀处于关闭状态而保持相等，此时控制膜片右侧及主膜片右侧的受压
面积都大于左侧，加上弹簧的作用，使放气口及输出口分别被关闭，滤袋得
不到喷吹。当电控仪发出信号时，电磁阀开启控制膜片右侧室的压缩空气经
电磁阀排入大气，其压力低于控制膜片左侧室，使控制膜片向右移动而开
启放气口，主膜片右侧室的压缩空气由此排入大气，其压力低于主膜片左
侧室，使主膜片向右移动，压缩空气由主膜片左侧室向输出口喷出，使滤
袋得到喷吹。

（3）除尘器清灰控制：除尘器的清灰控制一般采用时间、压差、混合
三种方式，并可实现自动和现场手动两种控制方式。正常情况下，除尘器在
收到主风机的运行信号后，进入自动控制程序。

定工作；当压差大于设定值时，则强制对设备进行清灰。清灰时除尘器各室
实行连续清灰，中间不间断。上述控制均由除尘器本体 PLC 系统自动完成，
出厂时已对时间、压差参数进行了必要的给定。

统各单体设备的手动操作开关及设备工作状态显示灯，供生产运行管理及调
试之用。

含尘气体在风机负压牵下自箱体上（或下部）的进风口进入除尘器，经
滤袋过滤后至清洁室从出风口经系统风机排入大气。经过一定时间或阻力
达到一定值（时间、压力）时开始清灰，由可编程序 PLC 脉冲控制仪发出
信号，电磁脉冲阀动作，释放出压缩空气，经安装在袋口的引射喷嘴诱导
大量空气进入滤袋，喷吹清除滤袋外的粉尘落入灰斗，再经螺旋输送机或
叶轮卸料器排出除尘器体外；采用插板手动卸灰，一般是针对灰尘量较小
使用，每次排灰须停机后抽出插板，将灰排出除尘器体外。

using spile to unload dust manually is generally used for small amount of dust,
remove the spile to discharge the dust out of the dust collector after the machine is
shut down.

控制器处于普通版，此时控制器隐藏运行模式设置参数，忽略运行控制，不
断的循环喷吹。当开机显示 PR08 时控制器处于高级版，控制器开放运行模
式参数设置，并且受运行控制干接点控制。

5.1 设备外形及安装布置尺寸 Equipment shape and dimension
参见：工艺设计流程图，安装一般可按下列顺序进行。

5.2 维护 Maintenance
5.2.1 管理人员应熟悉除尘器的原理、性能、使用条件，并掌握调整和维修
方法。设备运行中，应设专人进行管理，并做好运行记录。

5.2.2 减速机、输灰装置等机械运动部件应按规定注油和换油，发现有不正
常现象应及时排除。

5.2.3 压缩空气气源的储气罐、气源处理器中的气水分离器应每班排污一次，
同时气水分离器应每隔 3-6 个月清洗一次，油雾器应经常检查存油情况，及时
加油。

5.2.5 使用定时清灰控制器的，应定期测定清灰周期是否准确，否则应进行

堵塞，并进行清理。

5.2.9 停机时，在工艺系统停止之后，应保持除尘器和排风机继续工作一段

反复对除尘器进行清灰操作，将滤袋上的粉尘除掉，以防受潮气影响而糊袋子。

5.2.11 定期检查布袋，如透气性变差，灰尘较多时更换清洗；最好配两副
布袋，及时清洗更换以便延长布袋的使用寿命。

的负压与大气隔离并进行排料。
TGF 系列关风器适用于将压力状态下的粉状或颗粒状物料连续地、顺利地
排入大气，是气力输送和通风除尘网络中的一种重要设备。其主要工作件是旋转
的转子，既起着输送物料的作用，又担负着密封作用，经我厂改进设计的防堵关
风器，吸取国外的先进经验，具有造型美观大方、结构紧凑合理、使用安全可靠、
体积小重量轻、容量大、动力消耗低等特点。广泛用于干燥设备、粮食、食品、
饲料、油脂、化工、储运及其他工业中的气力输送或通风除尘网路卸料器之排料、
排尘。
关风器转子的线速度不可过高，否则充料减少而卸料不完全，效率低；若线
速度太低，要满足卸料能力则要增大转子直径。
TGF 系列关风器是组合型的关风器，将转子、电动机、减速机组合在一起，

TGF 系列关风器是组合型的关风器，并且经过改造，转子为敞开式。其构

子连续运转过程中，将物料从底部排除。转子采用敞开式，即起到防堵止塞的作

1.设备安装之前，必须对关风器进行全面细致地检查，转子转动必须灵活，
需将转子边缘的防锈油脂擦干净，其联接不得有松动，若转子与端盖有摩卡现象
需进行调整。
2.关风器必须牢固地固定在楼板或机架上。
3.减速电机在出厂时已注满润滑脂，一年内不必加油。
4.使用时应注意先启动关风器电机后再进料，停车时应待物料排完后才能切
断电源。
5.考虑进出料位置，力求布置合理。
6.先启动，后进料，待机壳内无料后再停机，开机时须经常观察筒内的物料
流动情况。

（1）经常注意筒内物料是否正常下落，如发现物料堵塞或转子卡死，应立
即停车拆修；
（2）物料堵塞转子卡死或关风器容量太小来不及排料引起的，一旦发生，
应停车用人工清除堵塞物，后帮助转子转动或更换大容量关风器；
（3）若筒内下料少，并有物料回升现象发生，即密封件损坏或转子磨损后
与机壳间隙增大引起，应根据情况更换密封件或关风器；
（4）减速箱内应定期加注更换合适的齿轮润滑油，转子两侧轴承应定期清
洗灰尘和上油；

TZMQ 系列气动闸门主要用于粮食、饲料、食品、化工、肥料、生物质等
行业中颗粒或粉状物料仓、输料设备及管道的自动放料与闭料，是实现自动化
生产线中的必备设备。
TZMQ series pneumatic valve is mainly used for discharging granule or
powdery materials in warehouse, conveyor and pipes in in the industries such as grain,
fodder, food, chemical, fertilizer and biomass. It is the necessary equipment to
achieve the automation of the production line.
TZMQ 气动闸门分为 A 型和 B 型两大类，均采用 SC 标准型气缸，动作迅
速，工作稳定可靠、操作控制方便。A 型闸门适用于只需要开门、关门，物料
流量大小不需要调节的场合，机构比较简单紧凑。B 型闸门适用于需要调节闸
门开度大小的场合，如用于仓底，它可以通过调节磁性开关的位置来调节闸门
开度，从而达到调节物料流量的目的。
TZMQ pneumatic valve is divided into type-A and type-B, both using SC
standard cylinders with fast action, stable operation, easy control. Type-A valve is
suitable for simple and compact mechanism that only needs to open and close the
door, and the throughput doesn’t need to be adjusted. Type-B valve is suitable for
mechanism that needs to adjust the opening size of the valve, for example, the bottom

2.2 性能简介 Performance introduction

框体是闸门的主体，需足够的刚度和强度，来支撑进料和出料的联接和承
受自重和物料重，同时要保证闸板在其内不受刮、碰影响的运行，供物料通过；

required to support the connection of inlet and outlet as well as bear the weight of
itself and the materials, at the same time, ensure that the flip plate is not scraped and
affects operation inside, so materials can pass;
插板是关闭和开通物料流量的主要部件，因此要求有足够的刚度、强度和
耐磨性；
The spile is the main part of closing and opening the throughput, so sufficient
stiffness, strength and wear resistance are required.
滚轮是为了减少在开关闸板时的摩擦力，达到易开关的目的，因此托轮安
装时保证轮面都在同一水平面上，使每个托轮都均衡受力，托轮选用耐摸磨的
尼龙材料；
The roller is to reduce the friction in opening and closing the gate, so as to open

TZMQ 系列气动闸门主要由框体、插板、气缸、滚轮、淌料框等组成。
TZMQ series pneumatic valve is mainly made of frame, spile, cylinder, roller,
material box.

TZMQ 系列气动闸门采用标准型气缸，利用接入的气压源推动气缸活塞杆
伸缩而带动闸板开、闭料口，做往复运动，利用电控系统通过气缸上面的磁性
开关来实现板开闭位置。气力传动平稳可靠、开关门动作灵活。
TZMQ series pneumatic valve uses standard cylinder, uses the air pressure
source to push the piston rod of the cylinder to move and drive the plate to switch the
left and right outlet, and do reciprocating movement, uses the electronic control
system to open and close the plate through the magnetic switch above the cylinder.
The pneumatic drive is smooth and reliable, can open and close the door flexibly.

4.1 设备安装、调试 Equipment installation and debugging
4.1.1 为防止运输和保管中受外力引起闸门框架变形，闸门在运输中宜立放；
气缸需单独包装，避免缸体承受载荷导致变形；设备安装前应检查各元件装配
完整，无松动；
In order to prevent the deformation of frame caused by external force in
transportation and storage, it’s recommended to place the valve vertically; the
cylinder shall be individually packed to avoid the deformation of cylinder block
caused by bearing load; before installation, all components of the equipment shall be
complete without looseness;
4.1.2 安装气缸时，保证缸体不变形，气缸安装底座有足够强度，不允许负
载和活塞杆的连接处使用电焊；
When installing the cylinder, ensure that the cylinder block is not deformed, the
cylinder seat has sufficient strength, welding is not allowed to be used in the
connection of the load and piston rod;
4.1.4 设备与外部连接，如管道之类的，应密封良好，无泄漏现象；
The part of the equipment connected to the external parts, such as pipes, shall be
well sealed without leakage;
4.1.5 为供给气缸合格的气压源，延长气缸使用寿命，在气源管路上应串联
气源处理三联件，在油雾器中，注满容积 2/3 的润滑油；
To supply cylinder qualified air pressure source and extend the cylinder service
life, the air source treatment triple bracket shall be connected in series in the air
source pipeline, fill two-thirds of the volume of lubricant into the lubricator;
4.1.6 气缸水平安置时，特别是长行程气缸，用水平仪进行三点位置（活塞
杆全部伸出、中间及全部退回有无卡滞）检验；
When the cylinder is placed horizontally, especially in the long-stroke cylinder,
check the three-point position (whether it’s smooth when piston rod is all out, half out
and all returned) with the level;
4.1.7 速度调整：首先将速度控制阀的开度放在调整范围的中间位置，随后
逐渐调节减压阀的输出压力，当气缸接近预定速度时可确定工作压力，最终速

度不至撞击气缸盖为宜；
Speed regulation: first set the opening degree of speed control valve in the
middle position, and then gradually adjust the output pressure of the relief valve,
when the cylinder is close to the preset speed, working pressure can be determined,
the final speed shall not to hit the cylinder head;
4.1.8 气缸采用耳座安装连接时，气缸保持在同一平面内摆动，不允许有扭
转力矩；When the cylinder is installed and connected with lugs, the cylinder keeps
swinging in the same plane and no torsional moment is allowed;
4.1.9 当外接设备接口尺寸与气动闸门接口尺寸不相同而难装配时，可修改
外接设备接口，或加变形接头使之实现装配；
When port of external equipment does not match the port of pneumatic valve and
are difficult to assemble, the port of external equipment can be modified or deformed
to make it easy to assemble;
4.1.10 设备安装好后在空载运行 2-3 次，检查气缸是否正常；插板是否运行
灵活等；After the equipment is installed, run 2-3 times on no load, check whether
the cylinder is operating normally; whether the spile is running flexibly;

4.2.1 每班工作人员要及时给气源处理器进行排水和检查润滑油的使用情况；
Each shift shall drain and lubricate the air source processor in time, and check
lubricant;
4.2.2 定期检查气源系统有无漏气，气压是否正常，气缸是否摩损漏气，并
予以维修或更换；
Regularly check the air source system for air leakage, whether the air pressure is
normal, whether the cylinder is worn with leakage, if any, repair or replace;
4.2.3 定期检查插板是否在长期工作过程中产生变形，以至于蹭框体或者发
出异响，需要及时更换；
Regularly check whether the spile is deformed during long-term operation, rubs
the frame or makes abnormal noise, if yes, replace in time
4.2.4 定期检查设备各连接处是否有松动，需要紧固；
Regularly check whether all connections of the equipment are loose, if yes, they
needs to be fixed;

4.2.5 气缸使用过程中，要保证压缩空气清洁，气源压力达到额定值，气压
稳定；同时定期检查气缸的运作状态，若有问题及时检修或者更换；
When using the cylinder, ensure that compressed air is clean, gas source pressure
reaches the rated value, air pressure is stable; while regularly check the operation
status of the cylinder, if there are any problem, check or replace in time;
4.2.6 活塞杆不应该受潮或受腐蚀性气体熏染；不应受到划伤或者碰变形；
Piston rods shall not be contaminated by moisture or corrosive gases; shall not be
scratched or deformed;
