2. Sumbat setiap tabung uji dengan kapas steril


Cover each test tube by using sterilizes cotton.

3. Simpan tabung uji masing-masing pada suhu 5oC, 35oC dan 70oC.
Keep the test tube in temperature 5 oC, 35oC dan 70oC respectively.

4. Biarkan ketiga-tiga tabung uji selama tiga hari


Leave the test tubes for three days

5. Perhatikan dan rekod pertumbuhan bakteria dalalm setiap tabung uji


Observe and record the growth of bacteria in each test tubes.

c) Simpan makanan lebihan dalam peti sejuk, kerana suhu rendah tidak
sesuai untuk pertumbuhan bakteria. Didihkan sup sebelum disimpan
supaya spora yang hadir dapat dihapuskan.
Keep the extra food in refrigerator because the low temperature does not
suitable for the growth of bacteria. Boil the soup to kill the spores.
