Why is important to learn English for you?

My name is Adriana, I am 32 years old, I am a doctor and I am currently

studying a postgraduate degree in imaging at the Central University of
Ecuador, I am a scholarship holder from the Ministry of Public Health who
pays for my studies. English in my profession is very important because
most of the updated information comes in this language and every
advance in medicine uses English, also in my profession all the
equipment that we use their presets are in English and for the acquisition
of the same I need to communicate with distributors from other
countries. English is a globally spoken language and is taught in most
schools as a compulsory or optional subject. Knowing English gives you
the opportunity to broaden your study visions, to get better jobs, to
consume different content and, above all, it gives you the chance to
communicate with many more people.
