RP3:
The prevalence of obesity in the US has increased over the past 40 years. Due to
the fact that while watching TV, people eat more food than usual. People fall into
the illusion of serials, and not realizing how much they eat. There are several
studies that have looked at food intake and television viewing. Now we will take a
look at one of them.
Methodology:
An experiment was conducted in which 20 men and women participated. They
were divided into groups, the first group will watch and eat food, and the second
will only eat food, without watching TV. There was breakfast, lunch and dinner,
with an interval of 6 hours. The experiment was carried out for 5 days. And it gave
its results.
Findings:
The study showed that those people who did not watch TV ate less food and were
full of it. And those who watched TV and ate food, they wanted more supplements.
From this we can conclude that during the TV it is worth taking less food.
