HR Conference:

On 7th January 2023 HR conference  Metamorphosing HR was conducted by the

D.Y. Patil Deemed to be University School of Management.
This is the 4th HR Conference. Student Participation of 300 plus registrations were
seen from Colleges like  South Indian Education Society, college of Arts, Science &
Commerce, Terna Engineering College, Vivekanand Education Society, Shah &
Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College, Anjuman - I - Islam's Allana Institute of
Management Studies, Maharashtra Institute of Technology, S.K Somaiya college of
Arts, Science and Commerce, K.G Joshi Bedekar College, Government Dental
College, Konkan Gyanpeeth of College of Pharmacy, Don Bosco Senior Secondary
School.and many more colleges in and around Mumbai.
Our esteemed guests for this wonderful occasion were Mr. Ashish Sardesai CEO

Industry Experts covered topics like HR Tech and its Future, Decoding the HR logic,
Inclusivity across the Gamit, Redefining Talent Acquisition, Remapping / revamping
Learning and Development, Workforce Wellness.
This fruitful day culminated with delicious lunch and Management Games which
students enjoyed to the fullest.
Dr. R. Gopal Sir our Director and HOD shared how these conferences lead to holistic
development of our Students to our media partner MEDIA9TV.
Dr. Vani Kamath Dean, emphasised on the need of carrying out such conferences
frequently.
Dr. Sunil Surte, Admin Head mentioned change is the only constant and
Metamorphosing HR 2023 brings out the importance of such change in the field of
HR.
Convernor Dr. Kiran Khairnar who also handles Placements resonated the thought of
how the HR conference provides a platform for HR from various organisations to
interact with students from different colleges.
